Perfect location in a short drive from Airport and in short walk to historical center on the Shota Rustavelli street, as far I understand one of the main streets in a city. https://www.instagram.com/p/DRpmuJTiLEf/ Room was big, but bit uncomfortable feeling because of humidity. I wanted to increase a temperature of heaters during the night, but this wasn't possible. I didn't want to ask this in reception in the night. Most probably they could solve the issue.

Starts were ok but they were not able to keep with morning call Shower water is not well regulated, the shower itself is clamzy , carpet is old and looks dirty. The bed was so hard . Breakfast service is funny and no coffe

Location was good for going to the airport. Free cookies in lobby. Quiet Description was somewhat misleading. Airport shuttle meant they would call a cab for you. Coffee maker meant a hot water pot and instant coffee. Pool cost money to use.

Hotel provided a clean basic room. The desk staff was very helpful with getting an early morning taxi to the airport which is a short ride away. Left too early for their sit down breakfast, but they did provide a to-go bag which was very much appreciated. Surrounding neighborhood didn't have much to offer, but the hotel keeps their restaurant open late.

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Would help with anything, starting from money exchange finishing up with ordering a yandex taxi for us all the time. Maybe having a rooftop restaurant with more food options be a good idea.

I tried the sauna, the pool was dirty, except that, the facility is good. There was a door between our and the other room which was of course closed, but someone lived there as well and we could hear each other clearly. Weird but couldn't sleep all night thinking that the other person will open it from the other side. Some more light in the room would do great!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and I’ve always been very satisfied. This time, I came for business. The rooms are always cozy and clean, with impeccable housekeeping. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, and in the morning, a pianist plays, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient, with everything nearby. A great combination of comfort, coziness, and quality service — highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable Lack of empathy from staff at 3.00am on arrival telling me I didn’t have a reservation when I had paid for room. It was 3.45am before I was finally able to get into room.
