Location The staff were very unfriendly

The location is the best in Tottori city. Almost everything is a walking distance. Use of public hot bath is a plus after walking all day. Very curtius and professional staff tried to assist us in a special way to ensure our comfortable stay. Mr. ito, Ms. Kawaguchi and other entire staff are superior in their service. This is my 4th year consecutive stay since 2023. That tells something about this hotel. Fantastic value. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

It was easy to find and quite near the station and restaurants. I emailed the property at 3 PM on January 20 to ask whether they offered free parking, but no one replied for 24 hours. When I arrived, I was surprised to find that the hotel was right next to Toyoko Inn, an excellent hotel where I had stayed the night before. Toyoko Inn provided free parking inside a covered garage, which kept my car protected from the weather, and they even offered a free buffet breakfast. Green Rich Hotel, on the other hand, charged me ¥1,000 for parking. Before agreeing to the charge, I asked the staff what would happen if I canceled my stay, and the front desk clerk told me I would still be charged. Because of that, I decided to stay and pay the ¥1,000. If someone from Green Rich Hotel had simply checked my email and replied—either in English or Japanese—I would have made a different decision. I normally don’t use my credit card to pay for rooms, but I did this time because I believed they offered free parking. Although my room was clean and quiet, I will never stay at this hotel again. I do not recommend this property if you plan to drive.

Everything looks and feels new, very clean and fresh. Neat rooms, nice bath facilities, solid breakfast. Right by the station, plenty of food options. Extra pillows availability a nice touch. The 1F restaurant for breakfast entrance takes you down an empty hallway, could improve the visuals there.

Very convenient to train station and various bus lines. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Lovely hot tub. Quiet.

The location is great and the breakfast was satisfying. The artificial onsen was particularly helpful after a tiring day at the sand dunes. The hotel doesn't provide a drink corner at the lobby (water/soft drink/ coffee) that is open for all guests. The double bed is not big enough for two people.

Rooms were well appointed and choices of pillows was great. Coffee and tea were not my favorite but they were provided. Loved the onsen facility that was kept clean and well maintained. Coffee and tea for in room use were not my favorite. That is a minor complaint really. Everything was great

How close it is to the train station and bus station. It was also close to a lot of eateries and other stores. So everything was in walking distance. The parking structure they had on site was open most of the time. Just pressing the intercom to get the front desks attention was a nice touch. The bathhouse was nice but a bit small so it could get crowded very quickly. It would be nice if they put a locker instead of a basket in the bath area which could carry more stuff.

This is my third stay in this hotel. The service team, public bath, closeness to everywhere, reasonable price.......amazing value. My husband and I feel so comfortable during our stay. This hotel has become our favorite place to stay in Tottori. Walking distance to Tottori JR station in a few minutes and every fabulous izakaya. This is the place to stay in Tottori. Mr. Ito is a wonderful professional manager. We' ll be back here next time definitely. Nothing! Really I love everything about here.
