Great location. Comfortable and cozy room with big windows opening onto the street; completely quiet when closed. Bed was great.

Location right near many restaurants and easy 12 minute walk to the train station. A fair price. They warn you about the stairs but it does get a bit tiresome. I’m sure other people might disagree but I found the scent (incense? potpourri?) in the lobby and stairwell a bit overwhelming.

The inn style hotel is nicely situated to visit the sights and is close to an array of dining options. There is no elevator but we booked the downstairs accessible room which was available and that made our arrival and departure with bags easier. It was not easy to get to the parking garage they have a discount with but we parked by the train station which was not far away and the cost was very reasonable. You just need to be aware to arrive there during the check in hours 3-8pm. Oherwise the office is closed, which can be less convenient as you cannot then drop off your bags. There is also not a pull in to unload car. So if there are no parking spots available to park a few mins it makes it tricky to unload bags.

Excellent location. Very close to restaurants and in older historic neighborhood of Tours. Beautiful hotel Lots of character and charm. Clean comfortable room with nice bathroom. Great buffet breakfast in a delightful breakfast room. Hotel owners friendly and helpful. Arranged cabs and offered excellent restaurant suggestions. Great value.

Superb location overall. Very quiet. Fantastic and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast options. Great bathroom. Great (and quiet) AC. Basic shopping within 2' from front door (Carrefour Express West on Rue Colbert). Great laundry within 3' from front door (East on Rue Colbert). Plenty of restaurants (French gourmet/traditional/crepes, Indian, Lebanese, Syrian, Italian, Tapas) on Rue Colbert and around A mini-fridge would be great. No in-room coffee machine (this was a listing error that they submitted for correction). No elevator (but the staff will help with luggage). The breakfast area can get a bit busy at peak time.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. A short walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely, cozy hotel. Would highly recommend. Only downside, no elevator so pack light!

Having to carry the luggage to the top floor and yes we were warned about it.

Location, decor, staff The very small bathroom- toilet is hard to use no space for knees because of vanity. If you are taller than avg the space is very limiting.

Breakfast was great

The staff was helpful and kind and the hotel was cute and charming. The bathroom was a bit small, tall people may find it a tight squeeze! Also, the shower doors don't fully close so beware, water will go onto the floor. Not a big deal, the floor mat will catch it, but just fyi!

Fantastic, homely, very well thought through hotel with lots of nice touches (e.g. an eclectic set of breakfast crockery). It is super well located for all things you need in Tours

The room was spotless, Lovely powerful shower and the bed and linens were sublime, we wished we had booked for longer. The breakfast was excellent too, lots of Choice and a fabulons Coffee machine. I adore the éclectique mix of china, so original!! We Will be back!

Lovely slightly quirky hotel ,great entrance hall as you come in , huge bedroom and bathroom ,lovely breakfast room and great breakfast. The guys that run it are really nice . Great location to just wander out and quick to get to nice places to eat and interesting sights ,loved the cathedral and the old timber framed buildings I wasn't keen on paper cups in our room to make a hot drink .they didn't get replaced on our second night either ,I don't mind a paper cup for teeth brushing but not for hot drink in a hotel . Also seemed a big too frugle on what was supplied in room .some bottled water would have been nice
