Friendly staff. Great location. Great beds. Amazing breakfast. Great value. I had to leave so soon.

Location.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room is clean and spacious.

Not a problem for me but there is no lift and the stairs are steep. This could be a problem for those with mobility issues. It's an older hotel so no USB charging ports in the room. You can pick up a cable with a charger at Monoprix which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel

excellent location and breakfast parking , but free street parking from 6pm-9am , great for travellers

Central location and only a short walk from places such as Rue Colbert, Rue Nationale, Place Plumereau, the art museum, chateau and cathedral Lovely breakfast with a good range of items, and charming and friendly staff, I would return again just for the staff who made the stay as pleasant as possible. Comfortable, pleasant room Homely feel; I am a returning customer having stayed here numerous times over the years Something that I would mark the hotel down on is that the reception closes at 7.00 and it is not possible to check in after then, but guests are able to go out late and return late if they wish due to a code on the door; on occasions when I had stayed here several years ago, the hotel did not have this code facility and it was not possible to return late without putting someone to inconvenience, so this is definitely an improvement. There is no lift at the property but there are ground floor rooms for guests to stay in and staff are happy to help with luggage

Room was clean and cozy. We were late and able to enter with passcode. Had difficulty locating the hotel at night. Perhaps a small illuminated sign after dark,

We arrived late in the evening but the hotel reached out to us to arrange keyless entry. Thanks! Room was tight, but kind of typical for Europe. Still perfectly fine.

Superb

It’s a great location, clean and comfortable. Receptionist was very helpful and kind. You have to check in before 19.00hrs which we were not aware of until after we booked. Though that may have been some information we missed. Parking is a couple of minutes away, which is fine, but we were there at 18.30hrs on a Saturday and it took us an hour to get to the location and park, and it was such a tight space I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. Not the fault of the hotel at all but not a great experience.

Centric and confortable hotel, near to multiple attractions. The room was clean, confortable and has the perfect size for a couple. The service was amazing. A highly recommended place to stay in Tours! Nothing, everything was great!

The atmosphere of the hotel. It was quiet but perfectly reflected its location behind the Grand Theatre. Staff were lovely - warm, friendly and helpful. My room was on the third floor, with no lift. Next time I will ask for a lower floor as I am not getting any younger!

Location. Close to the train station, if you want to explore Loire Valley, to the sme time in the historic centre. We were given triple room with an extra bed, which we didn't need it, this made the room smaller and less comfortable Cleaning was OK. Very dusty first day, assuming the room wasn't used for a while, therefore not cleaned for some time. Staff friendly.
