Cyril the manager really helped us but qe never saw him in person! i was glad they had a lift. had some trouble with the phone communication but it all worked out.

The location was great and the staff was attentive. Definitely was a lively location, so bring some ear plugs!

A very short stay — arriving late at night and leaving right after breakfast — meant we barely interacted with the staff, so it’s hard to comment on service. What stood out was the excellent location: right on a central square with plenty of parking spaces available at night, making it extremely convenient.

Everything was good besides the fact that there was noisy during the entire night, until early morning. Good free parking area. Located in the city center. Making booking the noisy neighborhood should be considered. Otherwise the location was good.

Extremely noisy at night due to the nightclub located at the bottom of the building. Our baby was unable to sleep. The sound insulation is very poor, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The toilet uses a macerator system that did not work properly, causing unpleasant odors. We made two reservations at the same time, yet we ended up paying €30 more than our friends for the same stay.

Very noisy street noise. People talking and screaming late into a the night. Thumping from club located around the corner from the hotel. 4 flights of stairs not easy for elder nor for families with very young children.

we were warned that it might be loud at night and unfortunately it was. Luckily the hotel provides ear protection, so one can sleep. But again, we might be just too sensitive.

The bed was firm and uncomfortable for my taste. On requesting parking we were advised that it was €40 for an overnight stay as opposed to the advertised €20 . On querying this, we were advised "we could take it or leave it", not exactly great customer service. We decided to park for free in the overnight car park opposite and pay €1 an hour for parking the following morning.

Delicious breakfast in a lovely room. Location was an easy walk throughout the center of town. Shower drain was slow. Nightclub nearby.

There was a strong smell in the room, coming from the bathroom pipes, probably due to a plumbing problem. One night, an electrical issue prevented guests from entering the hotel, causing some chaos. The fact that there is no continuous front desk presence is very problematic if the outside door doesn't work properly.

Well located within walking distance of restaurants, shops and attractions. Rigid and limited hours for staff on site. You better not arrive a minute before 4 PM.

Located in the heart of the city, comfortable rooms and bed. Nice place to stay. Despite having window towards the square it was quiet in the room. Private parking actually not available and parking near the hotel on Friday night is hard to find. No elevator. Not a problem for us, just good to know.
