The staff is friendly and helpful. No AC and it was very hard to sleep. Water bottles were provided but there really should be a cold water dispenser 24/7.

Very good location. Rooms are nicely furnished. Great bed and TV They do not have a 24hr reception. We arrived at 2:30pm staff arrived shortly after. Very hot day.Told to come back at 3:00pm I asked to use the toilet and then we were allowed to come in the lobby to wait. I guess friendly and helpful staff were off that day. No AC and the fan would have been OK but lots of street noise till early AM with the windows open.

Location is amazing. Close to everything. Great stuff. Super clean room Can get a bit noisy for Friday/Saturday nights. But this kind of expected gift staying in city center.

Location. Quiet. Clean. Great staff! My room was a little cold, but I was able to warm it up with a fan to blow around the heat that was stagnating at the ceiling.

Great location within walking distance of everything you want to see and eat in Tours. Nice breakfast room and very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean. It’s not a hotel in a typical sense with a lobby, bar, restaurant etc., but a good, clean place to stay, when you’re out and about visiting castles all day anyway.

Excellent location, modern and functional shower room , very comfortable stay. Nice bed, good quality bedlinen, excellent lighting, hooks in bathroom and plenty of space for toiletries, high-end sanitary fittings Perhaps the style was a bit spartan.

Very well located, 2 min walk from the city center. The room looked ‘new’. The breakfast, while a bit expensive, was really good. The staff has been super responsive / available to answer questions. The lack of elevator can be an issue for visitors with big luggage. The staff member handling breakfast could definitely be nicer and more cheerful.
