The location was perfect and the bar/restaurant is a safe, relaxing option for a solo female traveller

Large quiet room. Comprehensive breakfast Not a nice part of town. Overpriced No frills We had to complain about the stains on the chairs and were told that the whole room would be refurbished in one go rather than replace chairs etc.as they get worn. They gave us free parking but really the stained chairs should not have been in the room in the first place. Moving furniture -chairs and tables next to us whilst having breakfast.

The staff was helpful and they provided breakfast at 5am for the athletes who did the IronMan Tours triathlon. It is old, outdated, stains in the carpet and on furniture, damaged furniture, it’s has Centre in the name but isn’t situated in the centre of Tours, the parking (€ 12 a day) is very small, especially the underground parking.

The fact that there was a parking place and the restaurant was pretty nice as well. The beds were confortable too. The hotel has to upgrade its facilities. The bedroom had a lot of lamps that weren't working. The chairs and curtains were visibly stained and some parts of the bed were made of plastic that was falling out.

Great location to use as base or starting point for Loire Valley cycling. Fabulous breakfast and great staff. Entrance to underground carpark is narrow for very high kerb.

Well positioned in the city, close to all amenities and very confortable Disappointed to be waiting at the bar for a member of staff for 15 minutes despite the receptionist knowing I was there so cancelled evening meal / drink and ate out instead.

Facilities did not seem up to par with the Ibis Styles standard I’ve experienced in other cities. The hotel also seemed understaffed.

There is good parking on site and the hotel is very convenient for the tram and bus services into the city centre The room on our return trip on 1st September looked a little more “tired” than the room we’d had the week before.
