I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, the modern décor made it feel fresh and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief. First person we met at front desk was Mohammed. He was the most pleasurable person!! Very helpful, kind and courteous!! He will be remembered for our stay in Tours. Nothing negative to say

The location is great. Close to supermarket, restaurants, train station. There are couple of laundromats at a walking distance if you travelling with kids. The parking space is very tight and risk of scratching a hired car is high. The breakfast is very basic, its typical French breakfast. You can skip it and just take a walk out, there are restaurants around that can offer better breakfast.

The Kyriad in Tours is an unexpectedly nice hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom roomy, the breakfast ample. It is walking distance to the tourist destinations, restaurants, etc. in Tours. We had a room on the top floor which seemed wonderful, but at night there was a lot of thumping and noise from the apartment upstairs while we were trying to sleep. That was just unlucky.

There was almost no shampoo/body wash left, not enough for 2 people. Garbage from the previous guest was left in the room.
