We had booked a bedroom with two twin beds and were denied this. Instead, they wanted us to have a double bed. We could not accept that, and had to desperately seek for accomodation on the spot, hoping something would be available in the city that same night. They would not even offer us a place to rest until we could do that new booking. The following day we got a message asking us how was our stay with them. It felt like a mockery.

The only good thing about this place is the stuffs are very nice. We traveled in Europe for 4 weeks and this was the worst place place we stayed. the pictures online look much nicer than the real place. our room has 3 beds and very small , not clean , no windows , bad air ,

I got the room which was in the advestisement, so a small terasse belonged to is as well, which I just loved! The room was clear and equipped with all of the nesseccary thing I need for my 2-days stay. The staff was helpful and provide me many decrriptions and instructions, so that I can enter my room despite I arrived at the hotel out of the opening hours of the reception. I found everything in right. For this price it is a perfect hotel

Great location as it's close to the train Station, restaurants and shops are all around The hotel is very secure and quiet. The breakfast is a deal as it's croissant/bread/OJ/yogurt/dry fruit The owner Fred is helpful and friendly The bathroom is tiny and difficult to move even by yourself. Hair dryer is under request at the front desk. There is no elevator, not suitcase friendly.

Friendliest staff we encountered in the whole of France. Very accommodating to our rather peculiar problems like storing a tandem bicycle.
