Les Trésorières

The property was gorgeous and ideally located easy walking distance to many attractions. What really set Les Trésorières apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was superb. Can’t think of anything.

Everything was exceptional. The staff were very personable, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were spacious and had great amenities. They also helped us find our driver Christophe is AMAZING! Literally nothing. I couldn't think of one improvement.

An elegant and beautifully decorated hotel in the heart of Tours! The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly and the rooms well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely return to the fabulous hotel! Nothing! Everything was superb.

Great breakfast

Such a lovely property! Our suite and my mom’s room was well appointed and very comfortable. Outside space was tranquil and the hotel location was close to everything. No complaints!

Absolutely beautiful! Very clean, located within walking distance to fine restaurants, and with all the amenities. The hotel staffer Lilly, was very professional and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and the courtyard adds a nice roomy, quiet space to relax. The staff were excellent, we especially enjoyed Nil. We found the breakfast to be delicious and the rooms are well equipped. The steam room didn’t seem to be working and was a bit outdated.

The hotel was very nice, clean and elegantly appointed. It was well situated in the old town to allow for walking around Tours and allof it's great little resturants and historical buildings. The staff, while very friendly and willing to help did not always provide what was requested. For instance, one of the days of our stay, we had the do not disturb card on the door and they came in and cleaned anyway. Another issue was that I asked to have a private car engaged to take us to the Paris airport 2-1/2 hours away. The consierge said "I will book the taxi for you." I responded "No, not a taxi, a private car with driver." He indicated he understood. The next day, a taxi arrived and with no time for us to make any adjustment. That was a very expensive taxi ride. My advice is to be very sure they understand your requests and are not just trying to please.

Location was perfect. Gorgeous big bathroom and a very comfortable bed bonus having a small spa.

We had 2 rooms at the Annex and they were modern and comfortable. The staff were top class and went out of their way to welcome us and meet our needs. Nil

Excellent hotel! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations and arranging for a cab service to bring us to the airport. The room was charming, very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. Location was excellent!

the staff is wonderful and the bed is great . room is clean and very comfortable. no parking. nearby parking is very expensive. no restaurant in the hotel. in the room the toilet is separate from the bathroom but doesn't have a sink and also doesn't have a vent

Very good and tasty breakfast (very large veriety, the best we had), super clean room, towels, bathroom, etc. Large bathroom. Everything is new. Staff really cares about the guests, personalised approach. Good location, near to the center of the city. Dry sauna was too small, and it would be good if it could be open untill the night (not until 21:00 as of now). it is really needed when is is cold outside in the winter season. Would be also great to add some hot dishes whithin the service-room.

breakfast was complete with everything we wanted, quality of the food was great and the staff very helpful even remembering our name, small detail but makes a difference. heating was switched off at our arrival and we couldn't get it on but was fixed after talking to the front desk, otherwise great !
