I was there as a single person, but it could be booked for two people. For me alone it was fine, but for two people, my room was small.

No easy parking, underground parking is a death trap

The location was excellent as water the offerings at breakfast. There is not enough staff employed for the number of guests. This was particularly noticeable at breakfast. The staff was working hard but they could not keep the tables clean or the food area restocked and tidied. There were extended periods of no dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. Also, there were full sized dogs in the breakfast room.

Paid parking was available in an underground lot just across the street. A stop for the main tram line is right outside as well. This hotel is well located. About equal distance from the cathedral at one end and St. Martin's church at the other. So all of the sites of the city are within a reasonable walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and eateries near by as well. Plenty comfortable and stylish. Not cute or charming. But we were pleasantly surprised at how well it worked out for our 3 night stay in Tours. Breakfast was just okay. Probably more expensive than it should have been. There were hot foods, but, unfortunately, the scrambled eggs where the mass-produced kind.

Location is fantastic for people driving and coming off the motorway. Easy and inexpensive parking below the hotel. Room very comfortable and breakfast was great. I hadn't seen a piece of bacon for two months and so that was a novelty! Thought the reception staff was not very friendly. I was trying to operate in French which i speak fairly well but if someone is not looking at you when they are speaking then for me it is more difficult to keep up (so I had to ask her to repeat herself). It seemed to me that the receptionist became frustrated and annoyed with me. Next day i asked about a discount on parking that i had received in your sister hotel across the road on a different occasion. The same girl, i felt was extremely short with me (not sure how you would explain that in French) as if it was such a stupid question to ask.

The towel’s didn’t smell good and the fragrance of the toiletries were not pleasant

Central location and parking immediately outside .

Location was great with public tram out the front door. I travel a lot both in the US and Europe. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a very long time. The staff were fantastic. Nothing.

It was a well appointed hotel in an excellent location to make the most of the city sights

I enjoyed this hotel and found it clean, comfortable, and well located. My room was very pleasant, well designed and clean. I had requested a quiet room, and the room fit that description. Special notes: 1) very helpful front desk staffer who directed me to an electronics store so I could pick up a plug adapter after discovering that I'd lost mine, 2) location close to the Loire, the main shopping street, and most important cultural sites. I can't think of anything.

Friendly staff, great location for shopping and walking around the city center. The bedrooms were very cold, we visited in December and the heating system was not capable of heating the room at 21 Celsius. Rooms are quite small for the price and beds are very soft. Breakfast selection is ok but we were expecting local products such as cheese to be served.

Location very good , helpful staff. A bit of a walk to "Old" town but not bad. Parking ! Hard to find.
-
Great location to visit the city and close by carpark We asked for a french bed and got a very small room with a french bed. The children stayed in a twin bed room and had much more space around their bed.

Very convenient location for sightseeing, and close to the road to visit the castles. Comfortable rooms, breakfast is fine, efficient check-in/out, and friendly staff. Perfect for a couple of days in Tours. There is no dedicated parking, so need to use the underground public parking which is quite narrow (if you have a large car).

A very good hotel, on the banks of the Loire river, right on Rue Nationale.
-
It's a clean business-style hotel with good breakfast, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, wi-fi, and in city centre.
