What a surprise gem - near the train station, super comfortable, and really great air conditioning. We stayed at the beginning and the end of our trip in the Loire, and thought it was better than many of the more expensive places we stayed. The team there is great!

Excellent location near the train station and a short walk to many sites, shops and restaurants. Try Moom Thai just steps away when you're exhausted from visiting chateaus at the end of the day The lift is between floors so there are just a few steps from the floor to get the lift. It's not a big deal for us.

Everything was great. Our first room was a bit small for 2 people and hubby decided he would like a bathtub. Staff arranged for a larger room with tub and we were extremely pleased. Staff was always friendly and ready to assist Ruth DLL our questions and the luggage ( elevator but still a few stairs). Highly recommend. Nothing except the glass window in the shower that allowed anyone in the living room to look in was strange.

The stuff was really nice and willing to help. But its the only thing that good in this hotel This is not a 4 star hotel. The room was not clean, you can see the dust on the floor. The woman in the reception try to help us and move us to another room which was dirtier. The location is super noisy. The breakfast is ok

The beds were very comfortable, the bath towels were big and soft, the young people at reception were lovely It was like a spook alley going to our rooms- dark floor, dark walls, dark ceilings with strange characters from old posters on our doors. Kind of creepy. Room was not like the ones shown in the website - much smaller. Location is great for the train station but not in the charming old town

Good price. Right next to the train station, you can see it the moment you leave the train station main entrance, so expect a very short walk. Clean, well-organized room - 10/10 Very the fact that you will end up lifting up your luggage in order to enter the building, because of the stairs at the entrance, everything else it is ok.

The eclectic design of the hotel is appealing The staff are very kind and the breakfast was great. The dining room is well designed and a great assortment. Ugo, who was the looking after the morning dining was welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Our room was very small. But it was again, well designed and the bed is comfortable.

Small twisty staircase and motion detector lights were dim ,making for difficult walking up or down from room ,as it was cloudy for all days of stay .Hallways are painted dark colors too . The hotel is very close to railway station .

We were visiting the Loire valley by train This hotel was perfect as it is located close to the train station. We travelled to Chateau Chenonceau by train and also Amboise. The hotel is also close to the tourist information office

Loved this hotel - super nice near the train station. Bed was wonderful. Top-notch!! The hotel murals were a little strange, but nothing too offensive.
