The breakfast was served cold and the waitresses weren’t talking at all English a very disappointing fact for a hotels that charges 750USD dollars per night The amenities in the room were completely basic, the room wasn’t cleaned the second day and the most frustrating part was that no was was speaking English

Amazing place to stay. A little far from Quadrado but very nice pool and food. Room was excellent.

very new and well designed. beautiful swimming pool and surrounding rain Forrest. no noise insulation between rooms - you always hear the neighbours. public areas not regularly cleaned (I.e. bathrooms at the pool) Breakfast vey sparse, used tables were not cleared for new guests. food quality at lunch and dinner not good. Transfer to beaches only once a day, all else 20min taxi ride on very bumpy roads. staff still needs loads of training - and more leadership.
