Nice hotel and staff. 2nd time there. Great to have a garage to park motorbikes safely.

The staff was so helpful and let us store our luggage while we were hiking.

Breakfast buffet and the dinner we added on were great. So many options at the dessert bar! The room was adorable woth a large bathroom and great views from the 2 balconies in our room

Very nice hotel, with good quality dinner/food and nice wellness. The facilites are renovated and staff is nice. The only problem in winter, for skiing, is the considerable distance from San Martino, but this is not due to the hotel itself of course. There is free transport that takes ca. 25min

The free sauna and relaxation room were very much appreciated The food was underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience and the price.

Thanks to all the staff who make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. The food they serve is Art, the chefs are top chefs with Michelin stars and the waiters are top notch. If there was a higher rating, I would gladly give it. Respect ?

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds and a great breakfast. No true shower, just a hand held wand in a tub that wasn't tall enough to stand up in. Expensive for the area.

Breathtakingly beautiful views in a quiet town so idyllically Alpen it might be a movie set - but it's not. Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable room with spectacular mountain view. Easy to drive to wonderful hiking areas. Fun to stroll around the small main square and browse the shops. We would love to return. Since we were there in late June, our room was uncomfortably hot at night, even though we left the windows open and outside the temperature dropped by early morning. It would have been nice to have a fan or a single sheet for sleeping under, instead of a duvet.

Breakfast was delicious- lots of options. Our room had plenty of space, and the spa and relaxation room was very nice! Nothing- everything was great.

Beautiful place around, kind and nice stuff, very delicious breakfast. We are planning to come back again!

A great place to stay if one is intresteted in skiing. Great service, a very decent hotel for resonable price. All was good.

The food, wish we had been half board as food was delicious, spa area was lovely. A bit dated but still had charm to rooms.

The room was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, creating a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. As for the breakfast, it was truly amazing—they even catered to dairy-free options, which was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded expectations!

Very clean & cozy. Great value. Both breakfast and dinner were great, except for the green spaetzle with fish.
