Location was amazing! I was in the middle of everything. The room was clean, but the bathroom could use a proper deep clean. There is a lot of scaling/calcium build up on the faucets that can be removed and made to look nicer and a go a long way to take its cleanliness to the next level! Also a bit loud, if you are very sound sensitive, the sound travels through the building like crazy and might not be a good fit for you.

Very clean comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff to quickly orient to the area. Beautiful water front near by. Road construction in the city made navigation more difficult

Location is excellent. We opted to include the breakfast, and it was a very complete, with fruit, pastries, bread, cheeses and hams. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The bathroom was terrible. Shower was black with mold. All the grout had black mold, also the seals on the shower.

Excellent location. Very courteous staff. Daily room service. Clean. Hot water. Cold AC. Parking can be a bit difficult.

Rooms are rather small with dated furniture. Mattresses were very uncomfortable, uneven heights, split in the middle..felt like climbing and falling whole night . Bathroom and cabin was on a smaller side, with drainage not working well and door not closing properly. Some maintenance and investment needs to be done

Amazing location - very easy to get to from the airport (there’s a bus to the city centre). Close to the beach, ferries, restaurants… Staff are all very friendly and lovely. Showers (specifically the shower head) are a bit old and can be changed as the water pressure is all over the place.

Very dirty, especially the bathroom. The staffs are not accommodating as well. We don’t recommend.
