Dimora Botteghelle

The property and rooms were beautiful but the friendliness of the staff and the meal we had in the hotel restaurant is what made my stay memorable. All the staff were fantastic but Sarah was especially helpful and kind. Her hospitality and communication was unparalleled.

Everything! Their restaurant looked so charming. Only wish we had made a dinner reservation before our arrival at the Dimorra Botteghelle.

The rooms were so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Arriving at the property was an ease because of Sara’s instructions prior to the check-in date. She was so helpful with all questions and replied quickly. Great location too, walking distance to all the sights to see. Good breakfast options. Don’t miss the restaurant for dinner—really good dishes and service. everything was excellent

The property, our room and the hospitality/staff were 10/10. Sara was extremely friendly and helpful for any and all questions we had. She went above and beyond for us by providing us recommendations on things to do, as well as made us a reservation for dinner. We really appreciated it. The rooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We can’t wait to return. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful spacious accommodation, fantastic location, and wonderful staff. We were thrilled to realize it was right on the Holy Week procession route which made for a unique cultural experience.

Lovely spacious room and comfortable bed. I didn’t like the stairs and had to carry two cases to the top floor. It would be good to have coffee making facilities in the room. Staff (Francesca) was very nice.

For some reason we didn’t feel welcome. If we compared with the other 4 places that we stayed in this Trip. . Also the AC wasn’t working well. It needed maintenance. The view from our room not very nice. It was another’s room in the facility where you can hear everything! No privacy

Their restaurant is the best one we tried in entire Trapani.

Breakfast was good selection, staff very friendly, clean rooms, good location Didn't like that they charge for water, juice, tonic water in fridge so did not use. No coffee or tea facilities in room itself, which would have been nice to have when relaxing in room when everything else closed.

Stunning space, super comfortable bed and loved the location in town. It may be nice to add some veggies to the breakfast, but understand that may not be part of a traditional Sicilian breakfast.

Francesca, Roberto and everyone at the hotel/restaurant made our stay INCREDIBLE. We stayed for 3 nights so we could explore everything within/in close proximity to Trapani. The room was clean and beautiful and the breakfast/restaurant was amazing - we ate there 2 of our 3 nights. We will be back!

Exceptional

This might be the best B&B stay we have ever had! Francesca is the most hospitable and “simpatica” manager, and Flavio and Roberto are wizards in the bar and restaurant. The Dimora is richly furnished and decorated throughout with original artwork, the bed was so comfortable we felt we were floating on a cloud, with the most comfortable sheets and blankets, and the floors are paved with beautiful antique tiles. It all comes together to create not just a stay, but an experience! We are artists and we have traveled extensively, and this is the place we dream of. It is situated in the busy and historic part of Trapani, but it was peaceful and quiet in our spacious, well-appointed room. When our stay came to an end, we found it hard to leave! And don’t pass up the opportunity for a drink and meal in the restaurant. You could just tell Flavio or Roberto to surprise you and you’ll be happy! Nothing
