location is good I would like to give an objective review, that was exactly what I saw on my bed, when I arrived at this hostel 23:00 pm

Lorena is very friendly, she helped me to find out how to reach Erice. The room was not full so enough space and rest.

Right in the city center, clean bathroom, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, AC, possible late check in, free WiFi. They provide a towel for free. Good value for this money. Just a few electric power sockets for the whole room and a few lockers for the whole hostel, no windows in the room.

Great location close to Center. Friendly staff. Could be a little nicer for the price.

It’s reasonably well located if you just want to do the islands. The port is right there. There was black mould on my pillow. Pillows should be changed. I slept with the towel they provided over the pillow. Also bathrooms were cleaned but became very dirty very quickly. A lot of water gets on the floor. I’m not sure if this is due to other people or a leak somewhere. Filtered tap water system would be a benefit.

There were some comfy sofas. Nice to have lots of toilets and showers. It's a rather nice place, and the staff message me back quickly!

Great location, good bathrooms, great staff Room very tight, lack of privacy, bunk beds not so great

There is a nice common kitchen in the hostel. The location of the hostel is good as well, within just walking out of the street you are in the centre. The hostel is not very clean. The showers weren't clean, there also was mold. The beds were fine but I wouldn't want to stay there when the room is full. The room also doens't lock and there arent enough lockers for the people in the hostel.

Located right in the centre of Trapani. The hall is huge. The kitchen is nice too. The bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms, which is convenient so it reduces the waiting. Could be cleaner. The bunk bed I used creaked a bit, but not that big of a problem.

Loved staying here. Excellent location. Very close to port snd bus stations. The rooms are very comfortable, the hostel had a nice homely feeling. Checking was easy. However since it was at 40% occupancy it was quite easy and comfortable_it's probably not as comfy when there are more people. 4 or 5 bathrooms with sinks + additional sinks outside. Big lockers were available. Nice kitchen, free water. Only thing they could do better is to arrange for the bathroom cleaning to be twice a day ..with that many people, it tends to get dirty in a few hours (also as many come in straight from the beach with sand on their feet)

Location. This is so far the WORST hostel i’ve ever been on Sicily! Bathrooms are so dirty you can’t even imagine! Water everywhere, hair, sand, dirt - in the showers, on the toilets and sinks! There is also mold and fungus. There is an information written: „bathrooms are cleaned 8:00-8:30” but noone came! If you drop a towel or a part of your clothing - man, you’re done! Staff is almost NEVER on the reception. They send you info via WhatsUp and if you need help - you can call them but they haven’t answered. My bed was missing a towel - they messaged me back on WhatsUp to grab from another bed in there room by myself ? Like a towel thief ? They require a photo of an ID sent via WhatsApp - with the ID number. In my country, this is confidential data, you can't require such things. There is no basis for the hotel to require such things - I didn't feel safe with that request. There is very little space for luggage and not enough lockers. I asked via WhatsApp about my locker - they told me it is first come, first served and if I do not see any free one, there is no locker for me. If you are afraid of theft - do not come here. Water was pouring from the air conditioning in my room - it was splashing near my bed. Last but not least - the beds! Even tho the celling was high up so this is not a matter of space, they were super low! If you get the bottom bunk, you can't even sit on it. To lie down, you have to crawl in. The beds creak so much, you can't sleep - every movement of the person above reverberates throughout the room. I’ve been to hostels in Syracuse and Catania, which were cheaper and offered a higher standard. The only advantage of this place is the location. I don't know what went wrong - someone should look into this place, because it's scaming people and harm their health (mould). I feel dirty from using their bathrooms - hope I won’t catch any disease from staying there.

Location It’s dirty, especially the bathrooms. The cheapest ikea bunk beds and you have to make your bed yourself, reception closes around 7pm and opens at 9:30am. They put 2 bottles of water in the kitchen for 20 guests and it obviously gets drunken up within an hour.
