certainly not what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. One restaurant no pool and a very crowded roof lounge.

Nice quiet resort!

Beautiful area. Very contemporary feel and look to the hotel. Giant walk in shower. Not much lighting in rooms. Had a room with a bay view which was beautiful but also next to the road and noisy at times. Valet staff were all fast and amazing and helpful. Check out online required an app that we didn’t want to download, so instead we waited 10 minutes for a person to appear at the front desk to check us out. Dinner was delicious- the best chicken sandwich we’ve ever had and truffle fries. Breakfast was mixed - breakfast burritos were great but they were out of non-dairy for coffee/lattes and our cinnamon roll was stale. Overall good experience and would stay there again.

Location was perfect for enjoyingTC, especially for the Cherry Festival. The rooftop bar had beautiful views and friendly staff. In the downstairs restaurant/bar, the bartender was great. We waited 30 minutes for our simple breakfast to be brought, and unfortunately had to leave to get to the airport before it came.

Location Extremely over priced for a basic room. There was nothing included like a free bottle of water or breakfast. The aircon was so old. There is a valet only service which is $18 plus tip every time you need your car which is ridiculous (happy to park and get my own car for free and would appreciate the option)

Huge hard pillows. Had to make two requests to change to a room without a noisy air conditioner right outside the window. Second room was very quiet even with a lot of noise in the hallway.

Friendly staff and a really nice hotel. Loved the rooftop bar with views of the bay. It's a small thing, but they provided 4 towels for the room, which my wife and I both appreciated. Nice to see little touches like that.

The room was nice, but this hotel seems to be understaffed - especially in the bar and restaurant area. Also, there is a lot of construction around the hotel, which wasn't great.... and we had to valet park the car for an additional charge that was not mentioned in our reservation. We were told the only other alternative would be street parking .... not good. Overall, it was an OK stay and I would consider this property again only for the convenient location.

Location was poor

Great location near the Cherry Festival and Clinch Beach....all within easy walking distance. Parking is all valet parking and you are charged $18 per day for parking on top of what you tip the attendants.
-
Perfect location, the property is lovely, and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Location was good. For the amount we paid we were highly dissatisfied. Two nights and we couldn’t even get room service after even speaking to the lady saying we would be out in 10 minutes. So we called later that evening for extra towels. The hotel didn’t staff employees properly, people included ourselves weren’t able to get breakfast because she was “ by herself” and wouldn’t be able to get to us. Rooftop was slammed with no service at the table anymore only QR code with limited options for food, they blocked off only a very small portion of hotel guest so it was impossible to get a table. Also staying at the hotel and still paying and tipping valet ? Overall pretty upset about the whole experience and will not return. We did let the staff at the front desk know as well and recommended we contact booking for some type of compensation.

Loved the room 💓 Very spacious and great vibes. Decor was a plus, beds were cozy 💓

Room was fantastic. Corner view of the lake and all the sunsets. No complaints

Other than our phone not working and never getting looked at after 3 requests; the place was very good

Very clean. The rooftop bar atmosphere was nice, with nice views. The hotel is walking distance to down town, with the beach across the street.
