Grand Traverse Motel

Was worried when first pulling up but was pleasantly surprised. Staff super kind and helpful. Full fridge nice touch.

Nice clean room, staff were great and the breakfast was excellent.

I rated this motel as all 5 stars as it was exactly what was advertised and exactly what we were expecting. It was clean and big enough for us both and staff were helpful. The free breakfast wasn’t spectacular but again it was fine and what we expected.

The staff was super helpful. They recommended a good restaurant nearby and were very accommodating. The room was simple but clean and comfortable.

I think if we hadn't ended up paying the much higher height of summer rate we wouldn't have minded.

We had a great stay! Incredibly clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, walkable to downtown, and a great continental breakfast.

The night clerk was very nice. In the morning there was a gruff human at the desk. We were placed at the top of the stairs with a light shining in the window. The blinds could not be arranged to block the light from the fixture outside our door.

Management was really nice, we had a little trouble getting into Grand Rapids. I called because we wouldn’t arrive till after 10:30 pm I left a voicemail and they got back to me and said they’d leave a key by reception. Really appreciate the staff for taking care of us. Thank you

This stay was a home away from home. We had a 3 night stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful room. Even though it is located on a busy street, we did not hear the traffic in our room. Room was clean, and housekeeping attended room daily. We will definitely visit again.

It was close to the beach and one side of the strip. It was a perfect loop around the downtown area.

The room was clean and pretty. The shower/bathtub had a very slow drain. One of the staff members was willing to snake the drain for us but it did not help much. The property needs to do fix it. Mr. Marty at the front desk is so kind and helpful! He is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The continental breakfast is wonderful! Our room had a lovely table and chairs to sit at and enjoy breakfast.

Older hotel but very clean and nice staff

Nice little no frills place to stay in Traverse City. Clean room, nice little refrigerator with freezer. Take and go breakfast. The Omelette Shoppe is close by if you prefer a hot breakfast. Close to Civic Center Park where we watched a great concert!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again on our next trip! Marty (I hope I got his name correct) helped us plan our day trips. He is awesome!

Conveniently located, well-maintained, old-school motel. The staff was pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed the grab-and-go breakfast and walking into the nearby heart of town.

Room was a little used but was clean and we slept well.Staff were nice and welcoming. Appreciated the grabbing go breakfast snacks. Dog friendly. Parking available without extra charge.

Jackie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely return and suggest.

Exactly what you want from a motel! Clean room, comfy bed, and friendly staff! Air conditioning can get really cold too
