The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The only minor complaints are that some of the furniture (chair and sofa), was a bit worn, and the toilet paper was terrible. When we first arrived, we had a problem with the sink and the shower and it was fixed immediately. The restaurant downstairs is very good and classy.

We were warmly welcomed and allowed into our room early, which was very nice after a long day of traveling. We were also upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice. The hotel’s front desk, staff were very friendly, helpful, and gave great suggestions. There’s a nice gym and indoor pool, and the restaurant was top-notch. the rooms are very clean, but also very basic and a little dated. But they’re in good shape. Our room faced the street, so there was more street noise than we expected. It was easy to walk into downtown Traverse City and the hotel is pretty close to a park with a beach on Lake Michigan.

Location. Staff…Christine Miller and Diahnn Miller Hess went out of their way to make our stay amazing Fire alarm went off and no explanation and it was scarey . Kids upstairs of us were loud.

Convenient location to downtown. While walkable, we appreciated the free shuttle to events like the Cherry Festival.

This place is great. The shower is hot. The room is nice. The restaurant is open late. The bar is open later. The pool / hot tub is open 24 hours. The size of the pool is my only complaint.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They privided us with extra coffee and creamer for our room upon request. There is an excellent restaurant at the hotel. We had a tasty breakfast one morning and also happy hour drinks and appetizers. I would definitely stay here again.
