I love that my room was clean and had microwave, tub wirh jets and hot water, not luke warm but hot water. I will go back.

There was ample Parking.

It was easy to access everything.

The tops of tables etc were clean and bathroom was clean. The carpet was disgustingly filthy. Made the bottoms of my clean feet black. So gross - and to think I paid $179 for one night of that filth!! Never would stay there again.

It’s a good thing we were only staying one night. Straight out of the seventies. Horrible mattress, the caulking in the bathroom could have been done better by my 6 year old granddaughter. The a/c. Leaked all over the counter, we just shut it off. The carpeting was all wrinkled and needed stretching or replacing. Very disappointing

We stay at this hotel when we come into town because it is within our budget. I feel like they’ve done some upgrades to the rooms pretty clean safe and cost-efficient.

The stay was good and in a good area. The room smelt a bit musty and felt like the carpet was damp. Overall was clean just a weird smell to the room.

The property was near many shops, restaurants and attractions in Traverse City. It is an older 2 story motel that has been remodeled with very good HVAC systems. The rooms are spacious with bathrooms that feature oversized shower stalls. However our room mattresses were in need of replacement. Free breakfast was included, but somewhat lacking in food offerings.

We stayed two night but had to get more towels for a shower the next morning, so overall experience is a C-

The counter at the bathroom was not clean because I can see the hairs from previous customer shaving are still there.

Room was just plain dirty! Every part of it from the cobwebs on the ceiling to the food on the floor. Dirty shower as well.

There was no Hot Tub. We arrived at 6 PM on a Monday, three hours after check-in and we’re asked to leave and eat dinner and come back later because our room wasn’t ready still. We had been driving a long time and said we would just wait because they said they were in the room currently. Then when they left the room, the bathroom floor was still coated in some sort of cleaning fluid and there was a huge pile of hair in the shower that I had to clean up. The room was fine other than that. The breakfast was average, which is what I expected from previous reviews. Parking was fine.

The pool was nice Rooms were dirty and our toilet wouldn’t flushing the front desk girl came and plunged it left the plunger and told us if we had any more problems to plunge it ! Still had to plunge it every time the next day I told the front desk the problem again and we were going to be gone for the day someone came and fixed it no problems after that! Breakfast was fair they were out of stuff everyday and you had to wait for someone to restock it!

Breakfast. No coffee available and when more was asked of staff they disappeared and coffee never showed up. We left and drove through McDonald’s

Really nice people that run this hotel. Its a little older and needs some maintenance, We were very comfortable and had everything we needed all we had to do was ask. Loved the pool area, very clean and peaceful ! Would stay here again.

We arrived after a long journey and were checked in quickly. The room was a good size with good shower. Breakfast was a little basic but some good options. The outdoor pool was lovely with plenty of loungers. We were ok with location as we like to walk, but probably a bit too far from town for those who don't like walking.
