Nice lil affordable spot in a pricey town. We stayed two nights with 3 kids and was not disappointed. Bathroom was a little cozier than we would have liked but the shower had more water pressure than most fancy hotels and that’s a win

The room was very cozy and the bed was so comfortable! It was the perfect place to stay for the National Cherry Festival as it wasn't too far away. It was also nice how close this location is to Walgreens. I was able to walk there easily when needed.

The location was good. And that is where it ends The staff gives our master keys at check in. Meaning the key to "your room" will open other rooms. Appliances did not work. The room had a strange odor, and the show/tub was so tiny my 12 year old barely fit. I felt unsafe at this property and checked out after one night to stay else where.

The inn staff were very helpful.

The pool wasn't scimmed the 2 days that we were there.

Staff at check in was very nice. Room for the most part was clean. The 2 bedrooms on separate floors were nice for 2 couples wanting a little extra space. Water pressure was amazing. Full kitchen and large fridge were nice. Pool looked clear and clean. Sheets in both rooms were not the cleanest. There was a small amount of what looked like dirt in the upstairs sheets and what looked like footprints on one of the pillow cases and orange stains on the sheets in the other. We were hoping they'd change the sheets outs the 3rd day, but they did not. The small table with folding leaves was nice, but it was placed in a weird spot at the bottom of the stairs which was a little dangerous at night without moving that and the chairs to somewhere else in the small living room. The upstairs loft could have used a little more in it to take up the very large space. Seemed very strange to just have a small chair facing the bed in a very large room. Maybe another table for the left side of the bed or a larger dresser to fill things out a little. Would have been nice to have something cover the skylight as it let a lot of light in the room during the day. One of the small dresser drawers was broken, but still functional.

Location, pool, that it was a suite. It was very quiet. Everything worked. Bathroom a bit small. A little dated, but it is cared for.

Room needed some cosmetic repairs.

We love the upper floor room with the 2 beds. The floor plans was so perfect. And the pool was wonderful I wasn’t crazy about the softness of the bed upstairs. It felt like it was overhanging the frame.

Decent, safe and nice staff. Pool was clean, and close to everything.

The humidity inside our unit was also so bad that our doors were too swollen to shut. Both bedroom doors, and the bathroom door. I ALSO want to point out that the kitchenettes are on the smaller side, which is fine, so there is no dishwasher. You've got to hand wash your dishes. However, there is no garbage disposal in the sink, and I don't think previous guests took note of that because our kitchen sink drained VERY slowly and also had an odor any time we used it. The front desk staff were nice enough and were friendly/helpful during all my interactions with them, but why does the front office close at 4pm! It's a hotel! I saw SO many frustrated late arrival guests that couldn't get in touch with the property after hours. I understand the summers are busy but please, shampoo your carpets and upholstered furniture. There were certainly enough passive aggressive notes to prevent me from returning, but the filthy carpet and couch truly sealed the deal. Yuck.

Tired, dated and overpriced. Much nicer accommodations in the area.

Having a 2 bedroom suite. It is definitely I need of updates. I believe the housekeepers do their best, but everything had a lingering smell and towels were paper thin.
-
It was clean and well maintained. The manager was friendly and gave great suggestions on where to eat. One of the bedrooms was upstairs and there was no bathroom up there.
-
We liked having 2 bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs The deadbolt didn’t work in a room just off a major highway. To my knowledge there were no staff on site from 8:30 pm-8:30 am. The housekeeping policies were not explained anywhere. The microwave did not work well.
-
We liked that the bedroom was separate from the living area

Has an upstairs bedroom with 2 beds for the kids. The smell of our unit was a mix of urine and old musty carpet. You can tell that they tried to make updates, but overall it’s in rough shape. I didn’t take my shoes off except to get into bed. The sitting / dining areas are too small for 4 people.

Needs upgrading for the price you pay to stay there.
-
It was the perfect place for us and our 3 granddaughters. The second bedroom was upstairs and the girls loved it.

It just wasn’t the right fit for what I’m used to.
