The biggest advantage of this hotel is that they have a good restaurant and a bar. Besides it is always alive. This was my second stay in this hotel.

Great location, wonderful staff, clean and modern amenities. The bar/cafe and restaurant were so great, too! Ate breakfast and dinner here and both were delicious with awesome service. Also, it was an easy walk from the central train station.

The rooms are noisy. I could hear other guests (or their TV) at night, and not because they were particularly loud. I could hear even more the cleaning staff in the morning
-
No issues at all.
-
It was too warm in the room. The internal ventilation in the bathroom made a horrible noise
-
Breakfast was abundant. Maybe some more salty options would be interesting to have

Breakfast was very nice. The room was a good size. Room was not very sound proof. Could hear the bathrooms from every room around mine and anyone in the hall. Noise was the only major dislike.
-
Not the hotel fault, but night construction made the night stay a nightmare
-
Location was a bit far.
-
Comfy beds Horrible parking, got stuck in the garage and coming back up the ramp. Someone had to help me get out.
-
The bathroom was very outdated. The fridge did not work together with some electric outlets.
-
The hotel itself is very good and clean, and the bar is fantastic!
-
It is too noisy and a bit messy. We complained about the noises. The structure of the building is also noisy as you can have sone noises from the bathroom flush.

The parking place is not guaranteed.

The room was clean and cozy, but it was too hot. Also, the hotel is extremely well located. There are many parking spaces around the hotel, for example at the street you can park for 0.50 EUR/hour, and during the night is free. The hotel also offers parking but it is very limited in spaces. Breakfast was amazing!! Best breakfast I had in any Italian hotel so far. The hotel is very well located, you can reach the city center walking only for a few minutes, and you can avoid the Limited Traffic Zone from the city center. The room was too hot, the air conditioner did not work. We could open a window but then it was too cold. Room temperature could be improved. You can see that the carpet in the hallways is extremely dirty. I requested the parking for my car via Booking.com, but they didnt respect it - the staff told me that "they never ready the bookings for parking made in Booking.com", so you have to call in advance. I even got the acceptance via booking, but they didn't respect it anyway.

It was one of the best experience of my travelling life, Had the best time and the staff is very professional and kind. The roms were were absolutely clean and as expected. overall beautiful experience. ?

Cleanliness of the hotel. The evening front desk manager lied about the air-conditioning in the rooms. There is AC, but they have to activate it for you from the desk.

all nothing

I also stayed here last year, and they renovated quite a bit. All the hotel rooms are nicer now overall, and the curtains outside are all electric, and controlled by buttons. The bathroom even had a foam dispenser, which was a nice touch. Also, the bath area was properly sealed with full doors to stop water from going everywhere (it's a small thing, but I've been in many hotels that get this completely wrong). The light switch to the bathroom was a little bit broken: sometimes it'd flicker the lights or just turn them off. We informed reception, and they very quickly moved us to another room, which was really nice. And if I had to be really nitpicky, the bathroom fan is really loud; and in our new room, the electricity would sometimes shut off when turning off the bathroom lights (it triggered ground fault protection, thankfully the breaker is right next to the door and nicely exposed with an on-and-off switch, so it was very easy to turn it back on).
