Pamela was delightful. Very helpful. She and I have shared experiences in South America. Beds were very firm to the point of being uncomfortable.

I booked the wrong date and came a day late but they still let us check in without extra charge. The view is wonderful. Sabrina and Pamela are super kind and very helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We definitely appreciate it alot and will be back someday for sure. Nothing.

The view from the front facing rooms was amazing, the breakfast was a great touch but it’s the same thing every day, still tasted great though. The staff were great and kind. The rooms were cold, the heater didn’t do a great job at warming the room up, I like the cold so it wasn’t that big of an issue but I’d imagine it being unbearable to some people. The cars on the highway were loud and the parking was tight and on a steep incline. No amenities in the hotel, bring your own stuff

The staff was very kind to us. They were waiting for us late, so we could do the check in. Breakfasts are excellent - a large and tasty selection. You can also have the breakfast outside with beautiful view. Rooms are ok. Little bit smaller, but clean and nice. Parking is for free and they have reserved parking spaces. The fridge was not working.

Breakfast was good enough: not luxurious, but everything I needed, including good coffee. Location nice a bit outside of the center: about 20 minute walk (hotel almost 100 meters above the center) or frequent bus. The parking can be challenging, if there are a lot of cars.

Its location is simply perfect: closer to the city border, yet mountains near are amazing. Also, the room was clean, comfortable and with a teapot. I truly enjoyed the cup of coffee in the morning and the view ?

welcoming friendly staff, lovely room with a great balcony and view, just a little noisy with the road traffic. breakfast was good, there was enough for us to choose from. would stay there again parking a little awkward but can't be helped due to location
