I stayed several times at this hotel recently. I do much appreciate the friendliness of all staff members. I always felt very welcome. Great location close to the city center as well as to the brenner highway. Free parking and great breakfast every morning.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a major disappointment. I ordered spaghetti aglio olio which is almost impossible to mess up and yet - they did. It was dismal. The uniforms of the waiters were grubby.

The hotel is clean, super friendly and helpful staff, the room had everything you could need The hotel needs renovation, it is located quite far away from the city center, which could be inconvenient for travelers without cars My room also was located just above the kitchen, so it was a little bit noisy and it had the smell of food

Hotel is in a rather remote location, so it is very quiet, very peaceful. Helpful staff. Be aware: there's nothing around the hotel, and nothing to do at the hotel. So, this is a good place to sleep, but not a good place if you're into "enjoying the hotel".

A wonderful place to stay. The hotel was easy to find and is in an extremely quiet neighborhood. I was able to sleep at night with the window open and no ear plugs. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke wonderful English. There is an elevator to get to the upper floor and the room is quite comfortable. The in-house restaurant was very nice for dinner with great food and reasonable prices with a great waitstaff. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a nice variety and made to order coffee Parking was great and the WiFi was fast and reliable.
