The location was close to the bus and train station. The staff were friendly and professional. They were helpful as well. The breakfast was value for money , it was nice to have lovely Italian fresh bread. What would have been nice was to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee either in your room or as in a little Italian hotel in Lugano- The ability to make it in the common area on our floor.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was good. The price of the hotel marks this hotel as very good value. I would stay again. I can’t think of anything.

The breakfast was better than most hotels in the USA. And the staff were so pleasant, helpful! Amazing customer service! I appreciate their efforts in removing waste with NO PLASTIC water bottles. The water station in the lobby was very helpful. The beds were too hard for my liking.

The elevator is a little small so if you’re traveling in a larger group with a lot of bags and checking out the same time as others, the stairs will be your option. If you’re older/ elderly or have an injury this could be an issue

Location, size of the room Bathroom was quite dirty. Very noisy as well - I could clearly hear the doors loudly shutting on the floor and when the person on the floor above was walking it felt like an earthquake

The room is spacious and clean. The location is within walking distance to the train station and bus station. I need to do laundry, the hotel did not have this service during my stay, but the staff hotel offered to wash my clothes with the hotel washing machine. So kind and generous.

The breakfast beat anything I have experienced in 60 + years of using hotels. Lots of great surprises and the staff at the breakfast were outstanding - pleasant, conscientious, creative. Front desk staff, were very helpful - I must especially compliment the late evening gentleman - saved us from electrical problem. Love the amaretto biscotti in the entry. Lots of noise outside in the late evening/early morning. Smoke came up into windows some times.
