From the moment I walked in the reception and care their team gave me met every expectation I could hope for.

Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Especially the gentleman at breakfast. It was nice to see him every day. I have only good things to say about this wonderful hotel. Bravo. All fine!

Hotel facilities are a bit run down but that makes it actually nostalgic

Enough space for luggage and clothes. Very good fridge at our disposal. The bathroom was also very good. The room was warm at night and AC didn't work.

A very good hotel. Good location in city centre and quiet too. Large bedroom.very friendly and helpful staff

The only thing I did not love, was the temperature of the room. I am a very hot sleeper and I turned the thermostat to the coldest setting, but I still woke up in the night sweating. I do not think it was any fault of the hotel, as most hotels I visit in Europe are also like this.

Welcomed with nice classic music and big smile. Staff were really kind and helpful. There is an elevator from ground floor. Recommended restaurants were also fantastic! Shower head was not possible to adjust height... Wished to have illustration near the table. It was bit too dark to work with my PC.
