The breakfast, although delicious, was very poor, anf there was not a single fresh vegetable. In the bathroom there is a bath with no security handle and a curtain, so the bathroom become totaly wet after a shower. And in general, the facilities are badly maintained.

Location, location, location. Staff was great. Breakfast was good and enough to fuel for the morning. Price is very fair for what it offered. I needed a place to rest and explore for a couple days off my motorcycle. The shower was very small...had to plan ahead for shampoo and what not once inside as you were not going to have a lot of room to move around. I'm 6'2" and 225lbs. The AC did not let you turn the temp down below 20C. Limited parking options offered, but they did have a third party vendor option that I used and felt safe and comfortable leaving my motorycle there. But it was 5-6 blocks away.

Great location close to train station and center

The breakfast was decent and the bathroom was pretty large. But the best thing was the location. Close to the city center and to the train station. The entire hotel, and the room in particular, were outdated. Some renovations are probably needed.

Location is excellent. The breakfast was great. The desk clerk was extremely helpful with local information. The steps up to the elevator weren't easy for older or handicapped people.

It was my first time traveling alone outside Zagreb, so I had to ask and reconfirm many of the details posted about the hotel and room inclusions. The person I communicated with through their chat was very patient, polite, and reassuring, which I truly appreciated. The staff were all very kind and attentive. I also loved the free breakfast. My room was quiet and comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel was easy to locate, and they even gave a small pantonette as a giveaway during check-out, which was a nice touch. I requested an extra blanket, and they made sure it was provided. During my stay, a cleaner would also come by if needed. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable experience and felt well taken care of. The only small issue I noticed was with the body soap. It was mentioned and also confirmed before my check-in that body soap would be provided, but the bottle was empty when I arrived. Good thing I brought a spare with me, so it wasn’t a problem at all. This was just a very minor detail and didn’t affect my stay.

Tha breakfast and breakfast staff was fabulous.

This hotel has a charming antique wooden design that gives it a lot of character. It met all our expectations for a 3-star standard. The location is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk from the bus and train stations. The receptionist was very friendly, and having free coffee and tea available in the lobby throughout the day was a lovely touch. The elevator is quite small (fits only about 3 people at a time), but it works fine so it wasn't a major issue.
