At breakfast, the traditional Trieste coffee, “Capo in B” was excellent. The location was excellent. Central, yet away from the cruise ship crowds.

The American breakfast advertised is fruit, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, and cereal. They have European breakfast options too. This hotel was convenient to the major bus area that had buses to every location to sightsee An unexpected situation…the beds ‘vibrant’ when vehicles pass by on the streets. I confirmed this with the hotel front desk. First night was very restless. I spoke with another guest in the elevator, and she mentioned their TV vibrated. One night in room 401 as the AC was not working. Moved to room 407 Room 401 – all windows look out at internal walls of the building Room 407 – one small window where I could see the sky. It had a small balcony and all other windows looked at internal walls and windows of other buildings

Could not figure out TV, no English channels. Same problem at every hotel in Italy during my past 5 stays this year Just missed the News

Location was perfect. Staff very helpful. AMAZING BREAKFAST!!!! Surprised us with a free upgrade. Everything was wonderful!!!! Nothing really

The staff was excellent Room size and in our room we like a wall part that was near the bed and when you moved we had to lean our neck.

The room had plenty of space, quite a huge bathroom! It was very clean and excellent spot close to main sites. Good breakfast - loved the REAL whipped cream! ? No serious issues!

We really loved this place. The hotel was nice, clean, and in a perfect location, with amazing staff and spacious rooms. It was within walking distance of the train station and main attractions, which was a big plus, while still being in a calm and lovely neighborhood. Nothing

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Aloua, when I checked in. It could have been better with a restaurant onsite.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and pleasantly fragrant. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. Breakfast was great, with a very good selection and quality.

mattress is so hard for me

1. I believe the website claimed that there was a bar on onsite. There appeared to be one, but it was never open. At one point I asked the desk staff if I could get a glass of wine, and they were able to get me one from the bar - it was not particularly good. 2. On one day, I had an early departure and was hoping for coffee before I began the day. The housekeeping staff failed to leave coffee for the in-room machine the day before, and the restaurant was not open. There were no staff to be found at the front desk at 5:30 (even though I was told there was 24 hour desk service) and it was a bit of a disappointment for people who like to start the day with coffee.

No parking spot. Even if you make reservation you have to pay 30 eur . Otherwise you need to park 500m from the hotel. 19 eur day.
