Staff is very conscious and kind. The property is cleaned and you can tell it’s looked after very nicely The property is located 5 minutes from the train station, which makes it very central and a convenient place to stay at. However, during the night it can get really noisy. Also, when we tried to turn on the air conditioning there was an odd smell coming from it. We had to avoid turning it on, which was hard as the temperatures were unbearable.

Excellent, convenient, and comfortable by all means and consideration. The property, the owner, all the staff with no exception and everything was super perfect and pleasing to the utmost. I will comeback and book this hotel again and again. I liked everything and everybody at this lovely hotel.

I like that they were accommodating and I like the breakfast in the morning and the host is Sara was very nice. The coffee was great. I didn't like that there was no kettle in the room and that I could not have any coffee privately before I went down when the breakfast began. I also did not like that. There were no markets near me open even though it was not that late.

The lady at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was continental and nice restaurant. The bathroom was too small, and bedroom needs refurbishment. The beds were comfortable and clean.

A very good hotel in an excellent location—a ten-minute walk from the ferry terminal and from Trieste’s main sights. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Very good value. Very highly recommended.

The atmosphere of the hotel. Staff were exceptional and extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes the bigger, modern hotels lack the personality of older, smaller hotels. The room was small but that is to be expected in an older hotel. If you want the charm and homeliness of bygone years you have to be prepared for what goes with it.

The room was extremely small. There was no window to the room. The bed was a single bed and there bed cover was dirty.
