Really good and helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable we received an upgrade, and it was okay, but not as we can see in pictures.

Location and staff cooperative Hotel rooms are too small, no value for money, and the AC system is horribly faulty. AC had a fixed set up that couldn't bring temp lower than 24°c . It was very hot .We were not able to sleep. Lift is too slow. One was Not working most of the time. So long wait . B'fast vegetarian option too less so couldn't take it .

Good location, next to the marina and easy walk from the bus station. Room lovely. Staff not overly helpful, we only had 2 towels for 4 of us and despite asking for more we didn’t receive any.

Convenient location right next to train station. Staff member was excellent, 10/10. Had the room ready early which was perfect as I was travelling from afar. Price too high for standard room
