The staff at the hotel were exceptional! Location is perfect as well - quiet yet just meters away from main road. We were lucky to be there in the last day of the Thai fest at the restaurant and we really enjoyed the buffet. Kids play area / games room would be nice. But for the general profile of clientele I can understand why.

It is in the center of the city. Facilities or amenities are not much inside the property Especially more options for food and bar. No spa etc

The property itself is getting old. There is a damp, musty smell throughout the property, and we also found bed bugs on the beds. Overall, it is a good property with great potential, but the owners/investors should prioritize maintenance and refurbishment as soon as possible.

Really good location, food and stay. We had some issues with the newly painted and polishing works done in the room. The smell was bit overpowering.

pleasant & great service by staff, especially at Restaurant by Naveen, Drisya, Nancy with Chef Arun especially giving attention to special needs . Restaurant is unbeatable with top-quality food with authentic Kerala flavors. Had great Japanese food from your visiting Chef. Luggage stand was missing though it was delivered later

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room because the pool wasn’t open. However, it opened the day we left, and it looked even more beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and ample room to move around. The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. Thank you so much for our ‘Bon Voyage’ party. There was plenty to do in Trivandrum, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city. We highly recommend visiting the beach, temples, and the art museum. Trivandrum itself is one of the most welcoming and friendly cities I’ve ever experienced. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city. We wish the pool was open during our time at the hotel… It is open now.

A perfect 10 on 10 stay! The elevator needs access card to move. So when there are people in the room one cannot go to the gym or bar alone and come back in the elevator without seeking help

Your entire team is good - reception, in-house services, taxi and drivers all good - all worked collectively to deliver great experience There is no Spa facility - it would have been good if you add this facility
