While I appreciate your hospitality, my recent stay was disappointing in several key areas. The breakfast quality was poor, and the lunch buffet lacked variety, offering the same dishes throughout our stay. The taste of the food was below average. Furthermore, the suite we were assigned did not provide value for money; the room rate was disproportionately high for the standard of accommodation provided. During my recent stay, I experienced a significant service failure involving the Manager's conduct, which was both unprofessional and lacking in guest focus. As I had an international flight requiring me to be at the airport at 2:30 AM, I requested a hotel car for transport. The Manager informed me that no car or driver was available. I then requested that the hotel arrange a taxi for me, but he refused, stating he could not help and could only share a driver's number. This is not an acceptable practice for a hotel of this standard. Due to this lack of assistance, I was forced to escalate the matter directly to the General Manager, who promptly resolved the situation. While I appreciate the GM's intervention, the Manager's initial dismissive and uncooperative attitude created unnecessary stress and is not conducive to a welcoming or service-oriented environment.

The room was comfortable and the location suited us. They messed up our dietary requirements and when we complained, the staff started arguing by saying that if we can eat potato then what was the problem with onion. They both grow underground. The reception staff was also very incompetent. They could not comprehend how much was paid and how much was pending.

Room lacked basic amenities. Had to ask for towels etc

It would be better, if they provide us with packed water bottles. We got a glass bottle filled with water but the cap contains strains and dust and not clean.

Friendly and courteous staffs The furnishings were outdated, and hot water was not available in the morning. Although Wi-Fi was provided through vouchers, it did not work reliably.

Flexible and responsive management . Good food for breakfast. Centrally located. Poorly maintained. Customer has to tell the hotel what is not right in the room.No proactive room checks from hotel before accepting the customer .Very noisy in night. No trained maintenance staff with the hotel.kitchen smoke fills the room through AC ducts. No exhaust fans in the room

I made a booking at this property for my parents who came for vacation to Kerala and this was by far one of the best places they've stayed in Kerala. The staff, the rooms, the amenities, the breakfast ... Everything was spot on!

Despite repeated attempts, we were unable to contact room service. We finally had to contact the Front Desk to get any assistance.

There was a lady staff I believe she is the manager..she is the only good customer oriented staff there & the housekeeping was good One side of the hotel has 0 view infact it’s a wall of the building & but twin bed rooms have a better view.. the lady I believe the manager was customer oriented the other staff hardly even wishes the customers coming in.. I was in the 4th floor and the sounds from 5th such as moving objects and dragging tables just ruins everything including the ears… & the breakfast buffets was not upto mark as well..
