Horrible staff at the front office, we got stuck in the lift for almost 20 minutes, nobody came to our rescue. Staff at the front office were watching the show. Please stay away from the unprofessional front office assistants.

Breakfast was very good The air-conditioning in the room was centrally set and toooo cold- was not adjustable

The location of the Hotel from the Airport was very good. The room has exceeded my expectations & the breakfast was excellent. Both me and my wife not only enjoyed the breakfast but also the conversations with the staffs. So far there were nothing to say about any dislike as we only stayed one night.

WiFi to slow and the usual OTP processess, which don't work proper (not easy to use). Party noise extrem (new year party to loud within the building)

Stay was nice

This was my third stay at the hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The excellent location makes it incredibly convenient for both leisure and business—it is close to everything I need yet pleasantly peaceful. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome, remembering my preferences and ensuring every detail was taken care of. This time, I received a room upgrade; the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, just as it has been on each of my previous visits. The breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety that always starts the day on a perfect note. The service remains consistently warm, attentive, and professional—a quality that truly sets this hotel apart. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such high-quality hospitality every single time, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. I’m already looking forward to my next stay! None

Great place to stay within city centre and nearby restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi was great and so was the hot water. No hand held shower. Hair shampoo was not provided. Rooms looks from another era though well maintained.

Amazing staff Overall hygiene condition

Close to where I wanted to be. They tell locals they are a 5 star. We were expecting a 3 star (5,000INR is NOT 5 star price), but upon arrival it resembles more of a 2 star. Reception staff are rude and unfriendly throughout the 7 night stay, especially the two young girls who just chose to ignore me every time I am at the front desk. The rest simply do not smile. Rooms are shabby and in dire need of refurb to brand themselves a 3 star. Breakfast buffet served stale bread and pastries, with a toaster that just warmed the bread but not actually toasting it. Limited food selection. Our neighbours this morning complained about plastic in their idly. The restaurant on the 1st floor was expensive but food is worse than the nearby desi mess halls. Their 'high speed' WiFi is not able to support a WhatsApp voice call. Simple browsing is fine, but forget about doing any work that needs internet. We are a couple staying in a room. When we asked for two room cards as we were out and not knowing who will return first, they cancelled the first card. So smart... They do not place any of the basic amenities such as dental kit, room slippers or tissue, unless you ask for it. Geared towards cost saving than providing an excellent service. When checking out, they won’t let us leave till they could send someone to check the rooms. Cheap attitude towards guests. Never South Park again.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable clean linens were present. coffee/tea ingredients in the were sufficient. Toilet/bath was comfortable, clean and had sufficient toiletries. baggage storage et were sufficient. The reception staff were very polite & understanding. The other hospitality staff were very polite and service oriented. The location of the hotel is very comfortable with easy access to all important spots. Since it is in MG road it is easily approachable. The quality of food served was very good. In short it is higly recommended for safe & comfortable family stay. Wish to mention few thigs that would enhance the functionality of the room. 1. The room lighting was not up to required level. It has to be enhanced 2. The plug points are not sufficient to operate Laptop/cell phone chargers. This could be enhanced 3. An additional towel could be placed at the entry door of toilet/bath to prevent slipping

Fantastic breakfast, lovely swimming pool, wonderful rooms well equipped with all your needs and brilliant reception and front of house staff who were very accommodating!

It is very easy to get to anywhere from the location. There was a decent selection of dishes for breakfast. The plug points didnt work so it was difficult to charge phones.

The four man at the entrance of the hotel are amazing. The were friendly and it was a joy to pass them entering the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull, they helped even witb some problems with my trainticket. Which I have appreciated. I have eaten there 4 nights. You should not serve 2 or 3 nights the same dish. In my case, I like fish dishes. I missed some variety Other than this the food was tasty and good.
