Hotel property and room was very clean and well kept. Nice location, with many restaurants close by. The mattress, while somewhat comfortable needs to be changed.

Location was great, staff was Very nice. Room was nice however closet bars kept falling down and after 2 attempts staff could not repair. Safe didn’t open, house cleaning never showed on designated day and WiFi wouldn’t connect. Little stuff but did affect our stay. Some repair issues

Booking.com failed to pay Hilton or forward my reservation. It took 30 minutes and hard work by the hotel manager to fix this mess caused by Booking.com. Never will use them again.

Beds were comfy, rooms clean, showers roomy. AC worked great. Hutchins Barbeque was right across the street. 5 min walk even in the 100* heat was easy. Nice neighborhood. Not much in walking distance. No local convenience store or gas station. But I would definitely stay again. Price was right as well.

This Hampton is in a great location for us and is a very good value given what you get. The room was extremely comfortable. My wife has sleep issues and she had one of her best night of sleep in a while. Very comfortable beds, pillows and air-conditioning worked very well. One elevator was out of order and the other one was very slow, but other than that we had a perfect stay.

The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was lacking a bit but still sufficient. Would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The gentleman who checked me in was outstanding—he had such great energy, was genuinely friendly, answered every question I had, and made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. It was clear that he truly enjoys his job, and his positive attitude made an excellent first impression. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome greeting and loved the texting feature. It made communication quick and convenient whenever I had a question, and every response was prompt, courteous, and very attentive. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, and I especially loved the postcards—they were such a thoughtful and unique touch that made my stay feel even more personal. Overall, I had a good stay, but I wanted to share a few areas that could be improved. When I arrived back at the hotel, I greeted the front desk associate by saying “Hi” and “Thank you,” but I didn’t receive a greeting in return. She simply asked, “What room are you in?” in a tone that came across as tired or uninterested. I understand everyone has off days, and no one is perfect. I also noticed that she was friendly and engaging with other guests, so perhaps it was just an isolated moment. During check-out, the front desk associate also seemed unhappy. Even though I smiled and greeted her first, she did not smile or return the greeting. A warm, friendly farewell leaves a lasting impression, so that interaction felt a bit disappointing. Additionally, the fitted sheet on the bed appeared to be too small for the mattress, making it difficult to stay in place throughout the night. These were relatively minor issues, and I hope they are taken as constructive feedback. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hard work of the hotel staff.

The room was clean but bathroom looked like it could use some maintenance. Place is quiet and convenient for our needs. Overall would recommend this property.

Our room was nicely remodeled and it was extremely quiet. The lady at check in asked my floor preference, etc. and got me into the quieter area of the building. I loved that!

Very nice Hampton Inn that sets the standard for others. Our king room was spacious and very clean and made for a comfortable stay while visiting family.
