The hotel was not clean at all upon arrival there was blood on the toilet, the bath was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty. Do not recommend

The carpet in the hallway is very very dirty. The bedspread had stains. The bathroom had a foul smell. We didn't stay we checked out. The Troy location needs cleanliness.

Room was dirty with stained bedding. The bathroom had no shower curtain. When I told the front desk they said they would send someone up with the shower curtain. Housekeeping knocked on the door and handed me a crumpled up shower curtain for me to hang myself. The breakfast was horrible. Do not recommend this property.

Clean room, awesome staff, continental breakfast lacked a lot (went out for breakfast because of it) great room/ facility for the price point, pool area needs more chairs, attached restaurant didn’t have much of a selection/ no bar.

Many restrictions and regulations not to mention it gives borderline trafficking and strange activity like some ppl can bring big bags and tvs but others are told not a lot of stuff and there’s always random ppl in the parking lot wandering around but somehow the ppl who paid are the ones being harassed by policies Anything.
