Friendly staff at check in and the entire hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Fitness center has less equipment than previous stays, they need an elliptical machine. Bathroom doors were very inconvenient, it was difficult to enter. To get to the sink you have to move the door inwards then move to the side by the shower and then close the door. The hot water took 15 to 20 minutes to get to a hot temperature in the shower in my fourth floor room.

Great staff. Great location. . I've been to other Casa Andinas, everytime I travel but in Trujillo, where it's cold, no heating...one small blanket that couldnt cover anything. They offered me a space heater that barely worked...i woke up cold and shivering much of the night. The breakfast was very very very limited. There was not many options like other Casa Andinas. It's better to go to Costa Del Sol en Trujillo. You get your money's worth. In Lima and Piura Casa Andina is awesome

They tried and corrected a few issues Didn't the rigidity of the reservation and the impossibility of communication... Place hard to find Had to ask for a room with a bigger bathroom. Was tiny Cold bread at breakfast...
