we booked a double bed room but they put us to a single bed room. The price of the meal over Booking.com was 5€ and at the hotel they told us 15€. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We asked for the manager but never showed up. The employees though were really kind and helpful.

The location was great, having 2 balconies was lovely. The pool wasnt busy either and plenty of beds to move round as sun moved. Unfortunately breakfast area was spoiled with flies, but the whole resort was after the storms the previous week, so staff couldnt do much to help that. The issue was all over, in every bar and eating place.

Room was comfortable but a bit small It is advertised as a 4 * property and we had breakfast included in the price which was just ok hence out of the 11 nights we stayed we only ate there about 3 mornings

Great location and friendly staff. Disappointed to find we didn't have a sea view as was confirmed in our booking.

Everything was wonderful. There is not such thing as "not to be liked", when you are Level 3 in booking. ?

Reception area was ok Air con was good Cleaner were pleasant and changed towels everyday Cold shower every night No cutlery in kitchenette, not even a spoon Extremely small room with 3 single beds in Decor was from the 80’s Smelly drains in bathroom Staff at breakfast were ignorant On our last day, we couldn’t keep the room on so we had to get changed in the reception area, which isn’t ideal

good location one bed was really uncomfortable, we are not one to complaint but to sit or move would make the most awful noise. Told the reception after first night and nothing was done. air conditioner unit constantly leaking water all down wall onto electrical sockets. came out once to repair and still happened again the same day….
