Azure Resort & SPA

What I particularly enjoyed about Azure Resort in Zante was the exceptional staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also went out of their way to ensure every guest had a comfortable and memorable stay. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth truly stood out, making the experience at the resort even more enjoyable. What I didn’t like about the hotel is that it feels outdated and in need of a facelift to match a 5-star standard, which it currently does not meet. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from improvements in several areas. There was no entertainment team, which is a key aspect of a complete resort experience. Furthermore, the food was mediocre and not up to an excellent standard, leaving plenty of room for enhancement.

Very nice resort, beautiful pools for friends and families, bar staff were awesome also. Great to have fun with and made the stay more enjoyable!

Lovely private pool in the room we booked, room was clean and nice outside area, location was good on the Main Street and close to everything in town. Parking is free but be careful you don’t get blocked in by another car. Staff should ask car owners to leave their reg at the desk, they were a bit rude when we left and said we blocked in another car when we hadn’t.

It was clean, close to the beach, to restaurants and stores. The staff was ok with a positive attitude. The breakfast was not very qualitative, the cold meats seemed cheap and not tasty and the juice seemed to be diluted with water.

Booking the room with a swimming pool turned out to be the ideal decision. It offers convenience, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the neighboring travel agent proved to be incredibly helpful. The breakfast doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star experience; the quality of the food was average.

after complaining about a bad smell in the the room they upgraded us to a jacuzzi room which was very nice. i paid for a 5 star hotel however that seemed like a 3 star. rooms were small, pools too crowded and breakfast was not nice. they don’t provide taxi transfer. spa is horrific and hotel staff ask you to collect your own luggage if they have held onto it for you. We had a scare thinking someone had taken our luggage which is possible since anyone can go and collect.

Nice outdoor pools, very good breakfast. The gym doesn`t correspond to the size of the hotel. It`s way to small. More green is needed in the outdoor areas.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel

good value, nice & clean room. we had 3 balcony accesses, lots of pools, and easy free parking! nespresso coffee pods in the room :) shower/bath situation was very awkward. no curtain or door so water splashed out everywhere if we tried to shower, plus extremely low shower pressure. so then we had to take baths every time, but there’s only a handheld head for that, so that was very strange as well. you have to hold it the whole time while the bath fills up. the outdoor bar was right below our room & played club music every night, which would start around 9 pm and go until late at night. the elevators seemed to be down every other day. Hot/savory breakfast & coffee machines were both pretty bad.

The breakfast was all inclusive style and I wasn't . It was fine a little orientated to Eastern Europeans but that was all, otherwise excellent.
