Room was in the new annex building and it was newly refurbished. Location was also great, close to the beach, water park and restaurants. - Breakfast was always overpacked, food was everyday the same and they were not replenishing often, so sometimes there were empty trays for a while. - Salt water in shower and sink should not be happening for a 4* hotel

The rooms were lovely and beds very comfortable

Our room was brand new, modern with good bathroom with rain shower. clean and central location, close to Bouka Beach which was a very nice area of Tsilivi. The restaurant was far too small for the amount of guests, especially at breakfast it was hectic, food ok but not a nice dining experience. The pools were ok but crowded. All inclusive drinks were average. The photos on booking.com look better than the actual hotel, apart from our room which was in the new building which was very nice.

- the bedsheets were not changed once during our 5 nights stay even though they cleaned the room everyday -towels were either bleached or ripped apart by how many times were they used -no mini bar in the room -overcrowded breakfast (not enough tables for the capacity of the hotel) All in all not great value for money even for mid-August period. Location compensated being close to the beach and center of Tsilvi.

Great location Furniture in bedroom was dated - staff were not forthcoming. Any requests had to be followed up. Basic stay.

Location of the hotel is excellent, it is right at the main road of Tsilivi, where you can reach shops and restaurants.. The rooms are clean and spacious, the cleaning ladies clean every day. They are kind and helpful. There are 3 pools, including one for kids. Weird, but small thing, that some bathrooms can be locked from outside :) and the handle of the shower cabin was also put on the outside of the cabin doors. The breakfast is quite dull, beyond eggs there is no big choice if you don't want to eat sweet. I missed the good quality ham and selection of cheese. The pool closes at 6 pm (why???).

A very nice hotel with 3 swimming pools about 10 minutes from the beach in Tsilivi. Clean, rooms cleaned every day, very good air conditioning on hot days. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Peaceful, I recommend it for families with children, a separate swimming pool for children. Nothing.

The room was very modern and clean. Overall the hotel was clean. The food was not good at all. We booked bed and breakfast so we ate pleased we didn’t do all inclusive.

Close to the beach, nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Property is nice from outside areas including lobby, restaurants, pools but rooms are not 4 stars. Maybe 3, old furniture but clean. I asked for an iron to the reception 3 times and they told me that all are given to other guests. Ok I understood that some people are using it but I asked in different days and it was not provided. Brunette lady from reception was very nice and trying to help with everything. Blonde lady was rude, rolling eyes, not professional at all.
