We had a wonderful stay at The Senses Hotel in Tsilivi. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were cleaned every day, and all the facilities were well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The service was outstanding, and they made us feel at home throughout our stay. The location is also great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was not as clean as we expected. There were hairs left on the bed sheets from previous guests, which was disappointing. We were also told that the towels would be changed every two days, but they were only replaced on the fourth day. Additionally, we had problems with the air conditioning. It wasn't working when we arrived, and although it was temporarily fixed after we reported it, the same issue occurred again during our 7-day stay.

Good location and made to feel very welcome on arrival Very old sewage system and bathroom smell on our arrival which initially I put down to the antiquated piping and system . How wrong I was!

Just go there and you wll feel yourselves at home. Elena is the best host I hv ever seen in my life I cant say more ??? Nothing

We only stay one night due to flight issue but we had a great time there. Elena is so kind that she let us to extend our stay at room until we left for flying at 8 pm without extra charge. The breakfast was so delicious and had many choices. Love to stay here again if we visit Zakynthis next time.
