Porto Planos Beach Hotel

Stylish and well equipped hotel. The pools are great, particularly the rooftop pool and the comfortable sunbeds. The rooms are well equipped, there is no iron in the room but I asked the chambermaid and she brought one to my room for me. Great view of the sea from the balcony. Air conditioning was a lifesaver and the big fridge was great! The mattress was hard and really uncomfortable. There was only two sachets of coffee when I first arrived and they never got refilled. I didn’t like having to go to a different hotel to get breakfast

Good Holiday. Good for the price all inclusive. ? Food could be better, some day was good some days not so good, lots of sea food which I don’t like. But was lots of things. Swimming pools open to 20:00. Will be better to 22:00. But all good. ?

so modern, spotless clean , location was perfect, loved the rooftop pool & bar… bottle of wine was a lovely touch and great to have fridge we only had one complaint on our 2 nd last day we were due towel change .. when we returned from beach all linens were changed and dirty towels taken but no clean towels … when I asked at reception she said they were being laundered and would be back about 8.30!! we had dinner booked. for 8.. she gave us 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel .. this was disappointing breakfast was included but could be improved …. more fruit .. there was melon and tinned fruit…

Breakfast needs massive improvement to cater for all nationalities. Just the breakfast everything else was very good.

It’s was friendly abd close to ameaties I was there a week and had to go down to ask on the Wednesday for towels to be changed. The bath mat was put on the balcony to be dried which was over the top of the sewage pipe in the room! Which the grid kept coming off and my little girl tripped over it.The bedding did not get changed at anytime we was there. Breakfast ok for the adults but the kids it was a choice of cereal and some days pancakes it was on and the others they weren’t. It was hot and miss! The hotel wasn’t the cleanest it needs improvement, they didn’t sell I’ve cream for kids yet the freezer is there and was empty! Very minimal indeed it’s no way a 4 star abd what I paid I thought I should be a lot better than it was.

Nothing but the staff Room not very clean , bathroom tub wasn’t working properly, insects were lying around the pool. Breakfast was below average and not at the same hotel

The location was perfect and the maids were exceptional. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were always provided. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. There were a few minor things that do require attention- ie our shower door had been removed but not replaced and our friends room had a terrible smell always coming up from the drain in the bathroom . (They had to keep the bathroom door shut throughout their stay). The Parasols by the pool are also very tall and not screwed down so it only takes a gust of wind and they go flying. Unfortunately, we were impacted by this as one of our party had their leg cut from flying parasols.

The hotel is modern and clean, the staff is very nice, friendly and always helpful, especially bartender George. The location is very good, close to the sea and the bar on the rooftop has an amazing view. The food was not the best. The bed was also not the most comfortable. We only got 2 little shampoo bottles for one week which I thought was not enough.

location is excellent roof pool and bar fabulous staff are very polite and courteous the beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in the bathroom is poorly designed with no shelves or soap dishes the cups were not changed during the whole week light on the air conditioner lit up the whole room at night second bedroom in apartment has no curtain at the window

Our stay at Porto Planos Beach Hotel was incredible. We stayed all inclusive and the food was really good waiters were very friendly and helpful. There was a great selection of all inclusive drinks, all made by our bartender George who very easy to talk to and great at making cocktails. The views from the terrace bar are breath taking and with the swimming pool next to rear to take a swim. The hotel is a five minute walks from the 2nd best beach in Zante. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit. Everything was perfect
