The hotel was clean, quiet and secure. At a reasonable price point what more could you ask for.

Lobby staff was very helpful checking in. Good variety of breakfest choices. Property was clean and looked maintained.

The location was good. The room was nice. I wasn’t surprised or shocked. It was kind of what I expected. And I was satisfied and comfortable. One minor issue. Was that housekeeping didn’t really changed the sheets or the towels. My first day there. I left on the second day. Checking in. Was kind of difficult. The key didn’t work. I had to go down stairs twice with my bags so that wasn’t pleasant. But the room is OK. The location was OK. Breakfast was what you would get at similar places.

The back door for the building was broken so we had to walk all the way around. The second floor stair card reader did not work when the first floor one did, on the first try. The breakfast was great except tou guys ran out of plates and an employee just pointed to bowls to use for waffles. How do you run out of plates for breakfast! And last of all there were ants in the roo. Where one of the 2 of us got bite multiple times. They were in the bed. Not the best experience for the money the money we paid for the room. No attempt to compensate for the inconveniences, besides maybe for the sink issue to move to a different room when we already moved and were leaving for an event for hours. Not happy.

Easy check-in nice bed

The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor could use an upgrade.

Our stay was good for what we were doing, however the monsoon weather flooded our room & soaked our stuff. The staff was great at helping us get into another room, but I received no comps or anything apologies, nothing for our inconvenience. Was told I would get points on my rewards, but nothing yet

Loved our stay. Breakfast was good, pool and hot tub were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
