Price and other giests Was locked out of my room on several instances. First when I made my reservation I went to check in and found the office closed. All the emergency numbers that were posted either did not work nor did staff care to address the fact that the numbers were a big inconvenience. So apon arrival both me and my friend were forced to sleep in the parking lot in our vehicle as I had just payed out all the avainle cash i.had untill I got payed on Friday. Now mind you. I had just finished working the entire day in the 103 degree Arizona heat and could not decompress not get clean. So the following day I was told by management that they had an audit the previous day and that the booking agency knew about this and should not have made the reservation. Well guess what? That's a bunch of bullshit because the managers story and body n e. help.mrlanguage were constantly changing and becoming more enjp retuhelping others because they in.y as we further our conversation. The outcome was a comped room for theessedbup night. That's from the start. Now secondly I'm at work when I get a call from my friend that she cannot get ein.m duoovetp eut.morg splnotour room. That her key card no.longer works. So.liyerally I am under a vehicle at the time of this call. So I clock out of work and return to hotel. Now I try my key which has been m ta mrojo i rxht ggnourtnyllaersiynemegamaaround anything that would cause it to get wiped. My.key does not work either. Shit. I'm covered in grease .iosand .and just want to relax and now this. On top of that I was working late and now the office is closed again. So once again I am screwed. Now here's the thing. I work my ass off and earn money at times twice as hard as a regular person. I do not understand why but have come to accept the fact that it's only me that is qualified for my job and because of that is exactly why I do.it. that and also because I now I'm screwed again and loose another night.

nothing The lobby was closed when we arrived at the hotel (5:00 PM), and there was no hotel staff available to assist us. The check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. There was no staff on duty to attend to us. If this was going to happen, why didn't they provide notice days in advance? We were unable to use the hotel, so I require a refund of my payment.
