Pool has not been cleaned or even chemical treated. Didn’t want to swim at all. Grounds could be cleaned better dirty. Lock into room was extremely difficult to open with key. Needs replacing. The phone did not work in the room. Toilet float needs replacing. Room air was not 100% room was hot. No one around to report as office was closed. No drop box for key so put through front door crack and dropped on lobby floor. Bed was comfortable.

Great value, staff was nice and room was clean.

When I checked out, the hotel kept my entire $100 security deposit because of one towel that had makeup on it from removing my makeup. I understand I signed an agreement about damages, but keeping the full $100 over a single towel seems unreasonable. If anything, charging for the cost of one towel would have been much fairer than keeping my entire deposit. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled.

Didn't have any power and no one was on site during the storm. Didn't feel safe at all. My insulin went bad so I had to make an emergency trip to the hospital. Hard to get ahold of anyone because their Google Page has a number from Mexico There seems to be alot of people living there like an apartment complex which was disturbing because it was super loud and the residents blast music really loud.

So this property has roaches and dogs that are not service animals at all, there were roaches in the first room and the second room they gave us the door was broken so anybody could’ve just came in there, it was really hot in the room, secondly the balcony door didn’t even open correctly, thirdly i called to see how long it would take to get my deposit back the lady told me she would call me back in 15 mins and never called me back to get me an estimate date. for the price you pay is the price you’ll get sadly!!

The beds and pillows were great. We couldn’t use the pool because it was never cleaned. Staying at Las Palmas was very boring. There is nothing to do at this hotel. We rented two rooms and the TV was not working at one of them. The AC was very bad in one of the rooms. I was changed to a new room but the AC was the same as my previous room. At that point I just gave up and did not ask for another change of room. Just counted my days to leave. The small fridge was good to keep the bottles of water we bought to stay hydrated. You can’t buy nothing in the hotel. The rugs were stained and the bathrooms are not updated. I was told they just bought the hotel from another company so they were making renovations. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel again.
