Very clean room but the air system was loud and boomed all nite on and off! Nice staff. The food in lounge mediocre last 2 times.

Great check in poor parking setup no spaces

We stayed at this hotel for a concert next door at the convention center - it was the perfect location. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, spacious and really nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel and the food was good and the cocktails were delicious. We'd highly recommend staying at this hotel in downtown Tucson.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Our room was upgraded for free and had lots of space for our stuff

Great stay… close to Tucson downtown.

The location was amazing, and the property is clean and updated Although the majority of the staff was friendly and amazing, the Hotel bar service was absolutely atrocious, food came out cold it took an additional 30 minutes to remake cold and raw food. It was not priority in any way , they were unorganised, it was chaotic. There was zero direction for the bar staff it absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
