In general was ok. A few points to review: we didn’t have Kleenex in the room and the next day they just put 1 (one) tissue pretending that they let a new box. No shower’s anti-slip material. (We are over 60). We stayed 3 days and didn’t change towels or emptied the trash cans. The air conditioned was so loud and so low. Please, please check those points. I like the location, the staff, breakfasts, pool, bed and pillows. Was the first time that we visited as a Sparks, but for us is very convenient. Thanks in advance for your attention to this.

I like the experience but they really have to improve on their breakfast. The air conditioning in the rooms could be better I stayed in room 120 and it was a bit warm. Other than that I like the place.

Great service. Breakfast was disappointing because it didn't match photos. Probably because we stayed during the week not weekend.

Cleanliness ! Maintenance is on point. The pool was clean and amazing perfect temperature. Jacuzzi was perfect and clean as well. Can’t forget the young lady Brooke she has amazing customer service!! N/ A

I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I’ve gone to one star motels with better staff. No hello or good morning by anyone working there. Leaking air conditioning unit. We did switch rooms. Hot water took forever to kick in and when it did it sounded like it was coming from an old water heater.
