I had booked the suite and all cabanas for the weekend and had many family members book rooms as well for a birthday party. The couch in the suite was full of dog hair and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Which made it difficult because we planned on having my daughter sleep on the couch and she is allergic to dogs. the AC in the room didn’t work on the first night. I had a second room booked for my mother and her TV didn’t work overall. It was a stressful experience, but the receptionist Daisy did an amazing job trying to get everything fixed although I do wish something else could have been done besides just giving us multiple drink vouchers. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that that makes up for all the money and time spent trying to put this party together to not have a clean couch for someone to sleep on, AC working or tv to watch.

Daisy is great. We always have a great experience when we stay here . Rooms are always clean and well taken care of Same with the property. Will stay again

Amazing place and beautiful view

Always a pleasure to stay there. Pool is exceptional in size and cleanliness. Staff is superior. Central to food and drink.

Front staff was helpful and welcoming, but our room was dirty. There were make up stains on the pillow, dog hair all over the floor, and clumps of hair in the bedding. They gave us a new room and that one was clean, but it still smelled like dogs.

Fourth of July super fun

Great price. Room was clean with interesting modern updates. Free water bottles in the fridge was a nice touch. Excellent breakfast options on site. Enjoyed the pool, which was well taken care of. One thing we noticed was that the ac unit had an intermittent rattle, like something had fallen in at some point. We notified the front desk on check out. Overall, an excellent stay.

Everything about my stay was very nice. The only thing was that I called several days in advance to say I'd be arriving late at night and wanted to make sure someone would be available for check-in. I arrived even later than planned because of flight delays. No one was around and I couldn't find anyone. I had to call to the reservation desk and they finally found someone who said the person on duty had had a flat tire and couldn't get in on time, but despite the delay I eventually was checked in and had a nice stay, nice room and good pool to cool off when it was 107 degrees. The staff people were very nice.

Not a full scale restaurant and no normal dining height seating. Burger and fries at $20 was actually enough for 2. Menu quite limited, but everything except the undercooked oatmeal was fine. Nice lobby atmosphere and pool view rooms are worth tiny upcharge to be sure!

Rooms are carefully well equiped, but if you're travelling heavy, you might need more than 200 sq.ft. Only get a slightly more expensive pool view pool, otherwise your experience may shift to a more standard motel model.

Great place to stay for an overnight stay.

The floor and shower in our room was filthy. The pool was cloudy and dirty. No towels available even if we wanted to use the pool. Not in a good area. Beds are small and hard as a rock. Our room a/c would not cool the room lower than 80. When I checked in there was someone sleeping in the lobby booth.

The rooms are accessed from OUTSIDE, which the photos do not clearly depict. They are basic and rudimentary on the outside and not until you wind around the parking lot and find the front entrance does it begin to resemble the photos on the booking site. This is the most deceptive I have seen for a hotel and we use Expedia quite a bit. I would recommend not staying here at all. Period. The fences around homes with gates, run down cars in the street, bars on many of the windows of nearby homes is a clear indication of the safety level of this neighborhood. We forfeited our money for the night's stay as we couldnt' get a refund, choosing to do so and going to the area about 2.5 miles away (near Bass Pro Shop) that was cleaner and much safer. This hotel should be ashamed of how they advertised. It is IHG property, I expected better. As for the reviews, I don't know how it got the reviews it did, all I can figure is they are either a) bots, or b) stayed at pay-by-hour hotels previously.
