Very spacious rooms and very nice and clean place to stay.

Nice clean location

The staff was friendly and professional The property was advertised as nonsmoking. There were cigarette burns on the couch (where our kids were going to sleep), when we looked out our window we saw someone smoking on their balcony and the manager walked right by without saying anything. Then when we turned on the bathroom fan the smell of pot flooded our room. We left within an hour of checking in and would NOT recommend staying there.

Property did not provide room I received and did not give me something comparable. They also would not prices a discount. It had kids marks on the back on the door, crumbs on the sheets and there were very shady people that seemed to be living there. I would never go back.

Fit the description and the amenities were great (full kitchen).

The furniture was broken, with holes in the walls. The bathroom had a peeling tub, and the sheets were dirty. The pool wasn’t a real pool. It didn’t look like the photos depicted. If you contacted Expedia, they couldn’t help you, and the manager of the hotel wouldn’t refund you. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had, and the manager verbally fought with me.

I liked the friendly staff at the hotel. Check in went well and if I asked for something, they were happy to get it for me. I loved the size of the room. I was like being in a 2 bedroom apartment. I did not like the fact that their longterm residents let their children trash the facility and stomp around at all hours of the night. Noise ordinance was 11pm and kids and parents were noisy the first night all night. When we did address it, then the person above decided to be rude and voice her opinion and let her children be disrespectful in front of me. They tried to dump water on me from the room above and the children were hitting large rocks and one almost hit me. I was afraid to address any more noise in fear of even more retaliation from the woman above us. I feel if you have longterm residents, you should have those folks all in one separate area of your short term guests. This is going to for sure keep folks from wanting to come back.

Booked a room at this hotel through Expedia. One room, two beds. Arrived at the hotel and was told they did not have any rooms with two beds available, only one bed. The employee at the counter was apologetic, called another employee over (who I believe was the manager on duty) to verify. She confirmed that the room I booked was not available and stated since it was their error, I would receive a full refund but I had to call Expedia to get that since I booked it through them. She was also apologetic and friendly. I called Expedia and explained the situation, Expedia called the hotel and the Assistant General Manger on duty stated we never showed up and no refund will be authorized. I explained to the Expedia agent we definitely were there (gave the time), the conversation I had with the two employees, as well as a description of them. He relayed that back to the hotel and the Assistant General Manager then stated that the two employees had no authorization to make that decision or state what they did, he then proceeded to be uncooperative with the Expedia agent refusing to discuss the issue any further. I called corporate and they couldn't get the location to cooperate either and stated they cannot issue a refund. Avoid this hotel and the horrible customer service they have there. The manager should be ashamed of themselves for their lying and unwillingness to cooperate or help in anyway.

Felt like an apartment. It was cozy, never had trouble parking near the room. There’s a coffee shop stand with breakfast in the parking lot and it was VERY good. The room could have been cleaner tho! Found long pieces of hair on the bed stands and the previous persons key card sleeve was in the bed. They have a picture labeled as pool but it’s actually just a water feature that you can sit by outside. So that was misleading.

First, it is misrepresented as a "hotel" even though it's a motel. It was more like stacked Legos (think trailer fabrication). The amenities also show the rooms are soundproof which they absolutely are not. My Riverview King didn't even have windows on the "river" side. The closet only had 2 hangers, there was no forks, no iron/board, and no natural light unless i wanted everyone to fully see in my 1st floor room. I will never recommend this motel to anyone or stay here again.

How big it was inside. I loved the remote lighting, amd the AC was wonderful! In my opinion everywhere I turn now adays I have felt like staff has been an issue. In regards to being judgemental, say by a person's appearance or by what they drive ect. (Just superficial). I try to be a kind hearted caring person to all, unfortunately not everyone is these days. We have to remember that a situation we are in currently in, does not define ones character. Staff here was completely the opposite. THEY WERE GREAT! Respectful, fair an honestly left us in peace, which is what I wanted lol. THANK YOU! :)

All good, no issues

My family and I stay in tukwila often for soccer at starfire fields. This is our new favorite place. Distance to field is not bad at all but the huge winner is the rooms are so spacious!! Clean and have a kitchen and table to sit at for dinner. It was like home away from home. Such an amazing quick get away. We will be staying here more often.

Checking in with friendly staff was not. I’m not sure if my room was clean or what they clean with as it smelled of smoke just walking in. The bath tub was stained with what looked like cigarette ash. They’re were spider web in the ceiling above our bed. Parking was a bit tight but plenty of parking spots. The dazzler which I assumed was a pool was just a fountain. No scuttle to the airport. Did not need laundry or spa. Gym was nice.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check in was very smooth and easy. The woman at the front desk was very kind and friendly. The property itself is beautiful and quaint. There is a gazebo and playground. We didnt explore around too much. The room was HUGE and really nice! As soon as we walked in I got hit with the smell of cleaning products. Some people dont like that, but as somone who previously worked in housekeeping that is a big plus for me. Full sized kitchen with some dishes, cups, and papertowels. The bed was so comfortable and also enormous even for a king. The only complaint I have is that there was options for a river view or not. I opted for the river view but that was definitely lacking. I know this isn't the properties fault necessarily but I dont see the point of charging extra for the view when it is a dirt mound and a tiny muddy part of the river that you can't see from the room. Also we are only given 2 large towels and 2 hand towels. That was fine for my husband and I, but for a room that is so large and sleeps many. I would jave thought there would be several more. Overall our stay was fantastic and we will be staying again in the future, but not on the river side.
