No privacy...windows nexy to the pool

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and extremely helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt fresh and hygienic. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and essential places. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I honestly didn't have any complaints during my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and professional, the check-in process was smooth, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, housekeeping kept everything fresh and hygienic, the location was excellent and convenient, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the overall ambiance was calm and pleasant. I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Confortable and great Pool ! They advertiste breakfast but they don’t provide it. Also the morning concierge has to do much work to be nice. Perhaps learn from María the evening concierge which is great, nice and helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful and rooms were spacious.

There was an issue with my card and the staff talked to me about it openly while taking breakfast. Awkward for me. Thought it should have been done privately. Luckily it was resolved by then.

Several: front desk does not speak English, gravel floor makes it hard to drag luggage, no one to take your luggage up, stains on couch, many dead bugs in private pool, bird poop on our window, QR code in room leads to an inactive site, no number to call

Mariya, the concierge is really lovely and helpful.

It looks good and has a lot of potential. The “breakfast” is basically two pieces of fruit, an omelette with a strange taste, and sometimes pancakes. The room door doesn’t close properly, leaving a gap where you can see outside and flies come in. The water tastes salty, which makes showering or washing your face unpleasant — it feels like it isn’t filtered at all.

The hotel was designed to be a good hotel. However it's managed terribly badly. 1. On checking in we found that our TV doesn't have control. The staff explained that previous guests broke it and promised to bring it tomorrow. That wasn't done during our whole stay. Staff only offered us to downgrade our room to solve this problem. 2. They ran out of drinking water on the second day of our stay. 3. Bar has only one sort of alcohol - some tequila. 4. Our room didn't have any chair. Our patio outside was empty and useless. We couldn't sit there. 5. Bathrooms don't have doors. Any person entering room sees the person taking shower. 6. Personnel isn't sufficient and not focused on service. I had to wait 20 mins to take sit to breakfast though they had free tables upstairs. Explanation - the serviceman had to serve breakfast, wash plates and work on reception at the same time. 7. Fruits for breakfast were not fresh. I was served bitter papaya for my breakfast. In general I was deceived by unfairly high booking.com rating of this hotel. This spoiled our last days of travel to Yukatan.
