The staff was amazing, super attentive & very helpful. The resort itself was very luxurious & beautiful. Super serene & peaceful. It was not on the beach like the description said. You have to be shuttled to their beach club. It wasn’t very far but it was very inconvenient to need to leave the resort to be on the beach. We had read the resort was beachfront, not true.

The pools were nice The ceiling fell in, the food was mediocre, I got 2 different rashes.

Everything I liked everything

Was disappointed with the lack of seafood and fresh vegetables. Very confusing layout. Resort needs more signs to restaurants.

Wish it was more parties

Everything was perfect! So dreamy and so Tulum! Nothing!
-
The amenities and facilities were great. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was excellent Nothing

The staff are very friendly and very insightful to local areas to visit and getting things for the room I wish there were a few more food options while not being preferred members.

Overall the resort was clean and the staff were nice. The food was terrible! We tried every restaurant and the food was horrible. We were upgraded to preferred members and the only thing that was better was the alcohol choices. We left a day early due to the food we received, and our neighbors having sex in front of our room. It was two men and one woman. We had upgraded to a swim up for no reason because we were scared to get in the water once we seen the neighbors doing discussing things in the water. I felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave.

We couldn’t swim in the pools because of the depth they were good only for walking

Drink service at the pools seemed understaffed

Beautiful resort. Nice staff. Only issue with staff was the room service. You could put in a tray pick up and the trays would stay in the room for hours and then the room would stink. I had to call and remind people multiple times to come get the trays. If you did room service be prepared for the food to come an hour and 30 mins later. I think after the kitchen being backed up they start picking what they want you to eat. Also for the price it really isn’t worth it.

Great Very attentive!

The staff!!! They were so nice and welcoming especially Arturo Low lighting in the bathroom, buffet food wasn’t the best

Everyone was nice and friendly More for older people

The set up of the resort was a little confusing. By the time we figured out how to get around and where everything was, it was time to leave. Maybe more directional information on the floors.

Quiet, good for a rest, the staff is very eager to provide service always. Needs more maintenance, some parts of the hotel looked run down (paint, loose parts etc). The sports bar it’s by far the worst and saddest hotel bar we have been. They offer complimentary stuff in the room like sunscreen but it doesn’t work.

The resort itself is visually impressive and the overall design is very unique. The architecture and landscaping create a beautiful atmosphere, and many areas of the property are thoughtfully designed. The rooms are modern and aesthetically pleasing, and the staff we interacted with were generally friendly and polite. The concept of the different restaurants and themed dining options is also interesting, and the resort clearly aims to provide a varied experience for guests. The beach club location itself is beautiful once you arrive. Unfortunately, several operational aspects of the stay did not meet expectations for a luxury all-inclusive resort. Food quality across multiple restaurants and room service was consistently disappointing. While there were many options, the execution and quality were often poor, and room service orders were repeatedly incomplete, incorrect, or arrived cold. The beach club experience was also not as expected. Access requires a fairly long shuttle ride, and operating hours are limited to daytime only, meaning guests cannot enjoy the beach in the evening or watch the sunset. This significantly limits the usability of what is presented as a major amenity. There were also some maintenance issues in the room, including a leaking shower that caused water to spread across the bathroom floor. Additionally, we were invited to visit another property during our stay under the impression of a casual visit, but it turned into a lengthy and high-pressure sales presentation that took several hours of our vacation time. This was not transparently communicated in advance. Taken together, these issues significantly reduced the overall value of what is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive experience.

We loved everything, from the very friendly staff, to the food at the à la Cartes and the buffet to the beautiful rooms. It is a beautiful property even without being on the beach (at first we were not sure about the sand around the pools but it definitely gave it a beachy feel). It definitely seemed to be a quieter resort which we really liked however we spent most of our time around the pool with all the activities and music so not too quiet. Entertainment staff were a lot of fun! No towel games going on there as you were always able to get a lounger/bed. Service by all staff was amazing. We would return to this property. Membership staff for the Hyatt. Understand they have a job to do but we were not interested in attending sales pitch.
